客滾港區(qū)停車場(chǎng)規(guī)模仿真研究

【摘要】:滾裝運(yùn)輸作為水路運(yùn)輸?shù)囊粋(gè)重要組成部分,具有能耗小、占地少、成本低、效率高、運(yùn)能大、門對(duì)門、舒適環(huán)保、技術(shù)含量高等競爭優(yōu)勢(shì),并帶動(dòng)當(dāng)?shù)芈糜萎a(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,繁榮當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì),在沿海以及川江等區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中具有推動(dòng)作用,成為我國積極推動(dòng)和扶持的重要行業(yè)。 隨著滾裝運(yùn)輸業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,如何規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)合理的港口功能布局和確定各功能區(qū)規(guī)模成為關(guān)系港口生存發(fā)展的重要因素。而在港口建設(shè)前期,港區(qū)陸域規(guī)模的確定多根據(jù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)及預(yù)測(cè)的吞吐量,在符合規(guī)范要求的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行簡單的估算,還不能形成完善的計(jì)算體系。在我國土地資源稀缺、耕地面積日益減少的情況下,如何在保證客滾港區(qū)正常運(yùn)營的前提下節(jié)約土地資源對(duì)滾裝運(yùn)輸可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義。 客滾港區(qū)陸域功能分區(qū)中,汽車停車場(chǎng)的面積在整個(gè)港區(qū)規(guī)模中所占比重大,對(duì)滾裝港區(qū)停車場(chǎng)規(guī)模的研究是港區(qū)規(guī)模研究的重要組成部分。本文首先系統(tǒng)地分析了構(gòu)成滾裝港區(qū)幾大功能分區(qū)及其作用,詳細(xì)介紹了客運(yùn)服務(wù)、滾裝作業(yè)和行李作業(yè)的作業(yè)流程,并對(duì)客滾港區(qū)的檢前和檢后停車場(chǎng)的停車需求和停車特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行說明;接著,結(jié)合本文研究的重點(diǎn)——檢前、檢后停車場(chǎng)規(guī)模,對(duì)與之相關(guān)的客滾船的航行作業(yè)子系統(tǒng)和汽車登船作業(yè)子系統(tǒng)的流程進(jìn)行研究,利用計(jì)算仿真技術(shù)建立客滾港區(qū)停車場(chǎng)規(guī)模的仿真模型;再次,通過該仿真模型,采用單因子變量原則,分別研究登船車輛到港規(guī)律、船舶載車量和安檢大廳的單車安檢效率對(duì)檢前、檢后停車場(chǎng)規(guī)模的影響;最后,以某實(shí)際客滾港區(qū)為例,通過對(duì)比實(shí)際工程中檢前、檢后停車場(chǎng)規(guī)模與仿真結(jié)果,來驗(yàn)證該模型的有效性。本文研究可為提高港口土地資源利用率做出重要參考,實(shí)現(xiàn)港口工程投資效益的最大化。
[Abstract]:Roll-on-roll-off transport, as an important part of waterway transportation, has the advantages of small energy consumption, small footprint, low cost, high efficiency, large capacity, door-to-door, comfortable environmental protection, high technical content and high competitive advantage, and also drives the development of local tourism industry. The prosperity of the local economy plays an important role in promoting the economic development of the coastal areas and the Sichuan River, and has become an important industry actively promoted and supported in China. With the vigorous development of ro / ro transport industry, how to plan and design reasonable port function layout and determine the size of each functional area has become an important factor related to the survival and development of the port. In the early period of port construction, based on the experience and the predicted throughput, a simple calculation system can not be formed on the basis of simple estimation according to the experience and forecast of the port area land area scale in the early period of port construction. With the scarcity of land resources and the decrease of cultivated land area in China, how to save the land resources on the premise of ensuring the normal operation of Rro / Ro port area is of great significance to the sustainable development of ro / ro transport. In the land functional zone of Ro / Ro port area, the area of automobile car park plays a large role in the scale of the whole port area. The research on the car park scale of ro / ro port area is an important part of the study of the port area scale. First of all, this paper systematically analyzes several functional zones and their functions in Ro / Ro port area, and introduces in detail the operation flow of passenger transport service, roll-on / roll-off operation and luggage operation. And the parking demand and parking characteristics of the parking lot before and after inspection in passenger rolling port area are explained. Then, combining with the focus of this paper-the scale of the parking lot before and after the inspection, the process of the passenger and rolling ship navigation subsystem and the automobile boarding sub-system are studied, which are related to the passenger-rolling ship navigation sub-system and the automobile boarding operation sub-system. The simulation model of parking lot size in passenger and rolling port area is established by means of computer simulation technology. Thirdly, through the simulation model, using the principle of single factor variables, the influence of the arrival law of the boarding vehicle, the loading capacity of the ship and the efficiency of the security inspection hall on the size of the parking lot before and after the inspection are studied. Finally, taking a real passenger and rolling port area as an example, the validity of the model is verified by comparing the scale of parking lot before and after inspection and the simulation results in actual engineering. The research in this paper can make an important reference for improving the utilization rate of port land resources, and realize the maximization of investment benefit of port engineering.
