地鐵隧道通風中活塞風和自然風的互補應用與研究

【摘要】:針對目前現(xiàn)行地鐵通風工程中,區(qū)間隧道通風換氣主要采用由機車引起的活塞風為主和由兩端豎井提供自然風作為輔助通風的傳統(tǒng)模式,提出通過改造土建施工過程中留下的豎井或者新建自然風井,合理排布風井,充分利用自然風對區(qū)間隧道全面通風換氣,將原有區(qū)間分成若干段,全程采用自然風和活塞風互補通風模式,減少區(qū)間隧道風機的應用,提高通風換氣質(zhì)量,減少電能消耗。在參考了國內(nèi)眾多城市中已運行地鐵交通工程區(qū)間隧道通風系統(tǒng)的基礎之上,借助地鐵區(qū)間隧道通風中自然風的通風經(jīng)驗,深入研究區(qū)間隧道通風系統(tǒng)中自然風通風數(shù)值的各種因素之間關(guān)聯(lián),推導出地鐵區(qū)間隧道多豎井條件下自然風的修正計算方法;同時結(jié)合地鐵活塞風的特殊性,根據(jù)活塞風的作用范圍并和自然風的通風原理,推導出豎井的布設合適距離。研究中闡述地鐵區(qū)間隧道中“復合風井”(機車正常運行中自然風井作為活塞風送排風作用,而出現(xiàn)事故時,自然風井作為排煙風井和自然風井共同作用)排布的可能性,混合風井將隧道劃分成若干段,分析了新加豎井引入的自然風對區(qū)間隧道中機車引起活塞風大小的影響,以及火災條件下分段排煙效果,同時考慮研究控制各段自然風大小,消除火災中煙霧湍流現(xiàn)象,提出多豎井中“間隔設置”輔助風機的方法,,提高排煙能力和控制自然風風速大小的豎井排列模式,提高區(qū)間隧道的通風換氣質(zhì)量,大量利用自然風換氣,減少機車空調(diào)的耗能,為日后地鐵節(jié)能提供重要依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:in that current subway ventilation project, the ventilation and ventilation of the section tunnel mainly adopt the piston wind caused by the locomotive and the traditional mode of providing natural wind to the vertical shaft as the auxiliary ventilation, The wind well is reasonably arranged, the natural wind is fully utilized to fully ventilate and ventilate the section tunnel, the original interval is divided into a plurality of sections, the natural wind and the piston wind complementary ventilation mode are adopted in the whole process, the application of the section tunnel fan is reduced, the ventilation and ventilation quality is improved, and the electric energy consumption is reduced. On the basis of reference to the ventilation system of the subway traffic engineering section in many cities of the country, by means of the ventilation experience of the natural wind in the tunnel ventilation of the subway section, the relationship between the factors of the natural wind ventilation value in the section tunnel ventilation system is studied. The calculation method of natural wind in the multi-shaft condition of the subway tunnel is derived, and the proper distance of the shaft is deduced in the light of the particularity of the wind of the subway, according to the action range of the piston wind and the ventilation principle of the natural wind. in that study, the "composite air well" (natural wind well in normal operation of the locomotive as the air and air discharge of the piston in the normal operation of the locomotive) is describe in the study, and when an accident occurs, the natural wind well is the possibility of the arrangement of the smoke exhaust wind well and the natural wind well, and the mixed air well divides the tunnel into a plurality of sections, The influence of the natural wind introduced by the newly-added shaft on the size of the piston wind caused by the locomotive in the interval tunnel and the effect of the staged smoke exhaust under the fire condition are analyzed, and the natural wind size of each section is considered to be controlled, and the smoke turbulence phenomenon in the fire is eliminated. The method of the "interval setting" auxiliary fan in the multi-shaft is proposed, the vertical shaft arrangement mode for improving the smoke exhaust capacity and controlling the wind speed of the natural wind is improved, the ventilation and ventilation quality of the section tunnel is improved, the natural wind is used for ventilation, the energy consumption of the air conditioner of the locomotive is reduced, and the important basis for the energy conservation of the subway in the future is provided.
