西安市定制公交運行方案研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著我國城市規(guī)模的不斷發(fā)展和擴大,人們居住地往往分布在城市外圍,而工作地卻在城市中心。城市中心和城市外圍之間的交通需求越來越大,且私家車出行比重逐步上升,由此帶來的交通擁堵日益嚴重。各城市緩解交通擁堵的經(jīng)驗證明,要控制小汽車出行,僅僅依靠限購、限行等剛性管理措施不能從根本上解決擁堵問題,必須大力發(fā)展公共交通,提高公交服務(wù)質(zhì)量,提升公交吸引力。定制公交,一種介于常規(guī)公交和私家車之間的公共交通,具有“一人一座、一站直達”等優(yōu)點,在高峰期運行,旨在將自駕車通勤的上班族吸引到公共交通上來,減少高峰時段小汽車出行比重,緩解交通擁堵,是一種服務(wù)水平較高的多層次、多元化公共交通。北京定制公交開通以后,不僅解決了上班族通勤問題,還減輕了高峰時段道路擁擠程度。 通過對西安市高新寫字樓和大型社區(qū)的摸底調(diào)查可以看出,西安市上班族對定制公交也有很大的需求。針對這種需求,對高新區(qū)寫字樓進行了再次調(diào)查,主要調(diào)查有意向乘坐定制公交乘客的居住地、通勤時間以及可接受的票價等。根據(jù)調(diào)研結(jié)果,,結(jié)合西安市公交總公司和高新區(qū)管委會社會管理局的意見,本論文研究設(shè)計了西安市定制公交的運行方案。初步規(guī)劃了三條定制公交線路,并對定制公交組織管理、車輛配置、票價機制和宣傳策略等做了詳細研究,為西安市開通定制公交提供方案依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development and expansion of the urban scale in our country, people's place of residence is often distributed in the periphery of the city, but is in the center of the city. The traffic demand between the urban center and the periphery of the city is increasing, and the specific gravity of the private car is increasing gradually, and the traffic jam is becoming more and more serious. The experience of various cities to alleviate traffic congestion has shown that, in order to control the travel of the car, only the rigid management measures such as limited purchase and limited line can not fundamentally solve the congestion problem. It is necessary to develop public transport, improve the quality of public transport and improve the attraction of public transport. the invention relates to a custom bus, a public transport between a conventional bus and a private car, has the advantages of "One, one stop, one stop." and the like, It is a multi-level and diversified public transport with higher service level. After the opening of the custom bus in Beijing, not only the commuter problem of the commuters is solved, but also the congestion degree of the high-peak period is reduced. Through the survey of high-tech office buildings and large-scale communities in Xi 'an, it can be seen that the office workers in Xi' an have a great demand for custom-made public transport In response to that demand, a re-investigation of the office of the high-tech zone has been carried out, with the main investigation of the place of residence, the commuting time and the acceptable fare for a custom-made public transit passenger. Based on the results of the investigation, in combination with the opinions of the Social Administration of Xi 'an Bus Corporation and the Management Committee of the High-tech Zone, the paper has designed the operation party of the custom-made public transport in Xi' an. In this paper, three custom bus lines were first planned, and the custom bus management, vehicle configuration, fare mechanism and publicity strategy were studied in detail, and the provision of customized bus was provided for Xi 'an.
