【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)公路網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展，公路運(yùn)輸大通道主骨架基本形成，高速公路已成為支撐國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、服務(wù)群眾生活、保障國(guó)家安全的戰(zhàn)略資源和設(shè)施。高速公路交通廣播不僅可以為行駛在高速公路上的司機(jī)、乘客提供實(shí)時(shí)路況、天氣、資訊、娛樂(lè)等一般信息服務(wù)，還有緊急廣播和數(shù)據(jù)推送功能可以實(shí)現(xiàn)基于位置的智能差異化交通信息服務(wù)，全面提升現(xiàn)有公路網(wǎng)絡(luò)的信息服務(wù)水平和效率，提高應(yīng)對(duì)公路突發(fā)事件和應(yīng)急處置能力。 本論文分析國(guó)內(nèi)外高速公路出行服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀，探討了交通廣播在高速公路出行服務(wù)方面的可行性和應(yīng)用前景，研究了高速公路交通廣播區(qū)域性建設(shè)和語(yǔ)音、數(shù)據(jù)信息發(fā)布的可行性。在高速公路交通廣播京津塘高速公路試點(diǎn)應(yīng)用的分析基礎(chǔ)上，探討了區(qū)域性實(shí)施高速公路交通廣播建設(shè)和應(yīng)用中遇到的問(wèn)題，并探究了我國(guó)全面實(shí)施高速公路交通廣播建設(shè)的發(fā)展需求分析。 在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上，從應(yīng)用平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)和終端系統(tǒng)建設(shè)方案這兩大方面探討了高速公路交通廣播系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的具體技術(shù)方案，并提出了頻率設(shè)置、網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信等實(shí)施方案，其次分析了高速公路交通廣播總體運(yùn)行方案和運(yùn)維系統(tǒng)建設(shè)方案，最后著重分析和介紹中國(guó)高速公路交通廣播試點(diǎn)工程帶來(lái)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益以及社會(huì)效益，，為我國(guó)高速公路基于交通廣播的出行服務(wù)和推廣應(yīng)用提供示范參考價(jià)值，具有一定的實(shí)際工程指導(dǎo)意義，從而促進(jìn)我國(guó)高速公路智能化和對(duì)公眾出行服務(wù)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's highway network, the main skeleton of highway transportation channels is basically formed. The expressway has become the strategic resources and facilities to support the national economic development, serve the lives of the masses and guarantee the national security. Highway traffic broadcasting can not only provide real-time information services such as road conditions, weather, information, entertainment and other general information services for drivers and passengers travelling on highways. The functions of emergency broadcast and data push can realize location-based intelligent differentiated traffic information service, improve the information service level and efficiency of the existing highway network, and improve the ability to deal with highway emergencies and emergency response. This paper analyzes the present situation of expressway travel service at home and abroad, discusses the feasibility and application prospect of traffic broadcasting in expressway travel service, and studies the regional construction and voice of expressway traffic broadcasting. The feasibility of publishing data information. Based on the analysis of the pilot application of the expressway traffic broadcast, this paper discusses the problems encountered in the regional implementation of the expressway traffic broadcast construction and application. It also probes into the analysis of the development demand of the construction of expressway traffic broadcasting in an all-round way in our country. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper discusses the concrete technical scheme of expressway traffic broadcasting system construction from the two aspects of application platform system construction and terminal system construction scheme, and puts forward the implementation scheme of frequency setting, network communication and so on. Secondly, the overall operation scheme and operation and maintenance system construction scheme of expressway traffic broadcasting are analyzed. Finally, the economic and social benefits brought by the pilot project of highway traffic broadcasting in China are emphatically analyzed and introduced. It provides demonstration reference value for the travel service and popularization application of expressway based on traffic broadcast, and has certain practical engineering guidance significance, thus promoting the development of highway intelligentization and public travel service in our country.
