【摘要】：依托關(guān)角隧道河谷淺埋段,展開富水軟弱圍巖隧道支護(hù)受力特征及方案的研究。對試驗段的初支圍巖壓力、鋼架應(yīng)力、錨桿軸力、襯砌水壓力進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測,結(jié)果表明:初支應(yīng)力不能得到有效控制、突水突泥塌方現(xiàn)象時有發(fā)生,現(xiàn)有的支護(hù)方案無法滿足淺埋段安全施工要求。在監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)上,經(jīng)過綜合分析,對支護(hù)方案作出調(diào)整。在Ⅴ級圍巖區(qū)段,拱部120°范圍設(shè)超前管棚和小導(dǎo)管,寬大節(jié)理掌子面超前小導(dǎo)管注漿加固,初期支護(hù)取消系統(tǒng)錨桿,采用I20型鋼鋼架和拱墻設(shè)雙層鋼筋網(wǎng);在Ⅵ級圍巖區(qū)段,超前支護(hù)采用管棚工作室施作拱部180°及以下1 m范圍的0°角長管棚,全斷面超前水平鉆孔注漿,初期支護(hù)取消系統(tǒng)錨桿,采用I20型鋼鋼架、三臺階型鋼臨時橫撐和雙層防水板。研究成果可為河谷淺埋隧道支護(hù)方案的確定提供理論依據(jù)和基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),為同類工程的設(shè)計與施工決策提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Based on the shallow buried section of Guanjiao tunnel valley, the study on the supporting force characteristics and scheme of water-rich soft surrounding rock tunnel is carried out. The field monitoring of the initial surrounding rock pressure, steel frame stress, bolt axial force and lining water pressure in the test section shows that the initial support stress can not be effectively controlled, and the phenomenon of water inrush and mud collapse occurs from time to time. The existing supporting scheme can not meet the safety construction requirements of shallow buried section.
