【摘要】：采用系統(tǒng)單因素敏感性分析方法,結(jié)合蘇霍夫溫降公式和現(xiàn)場測試數(shù)據(jù),對反算管道傳熱系數(shù)K的進(jìn)出站溫度、管道周圍介質(zhì)溫度、含水率和輸量,五個因素進(jìn)行敏感性分析。研究表明:進(jìn)出站溫度對反算管道總傳熱系數(shù)的影響最敏感,其次為含水率和輸量,管道周圍介質(zhì)溫度最不敏感;因此應(yīng)盡量減小現(xiàn)場采集進(jìn)出站溫度、含水率和輸量的誤差,以提高K反算的精度。
[Abstract]:By using the method of single factor sensitivity analysis, combined with Sukhoff temperature drop formula and field test data, the sensitivity analysis of five factors, namely, inlet and exit temperature of pipe heat transfer coefficient K, temperature of medium around pipeline, moisture content and transportation amount, were carried out. The results show that the temperature of the inlet-exit station is the most sensitive to the total heat transfer coefficient of the pipeline, the next is the moisture content and the volume of transport, and the temperature of the medium around the pipeline is the least sensitive. In order to improve the accuracy of K inverse calculation, the error of temperature, moisture content and transmission quantity of in-and-out station should be reduced as much as possible.
