礦石碼頭卸船生產(chǎn)線網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

【摘要】:隨著企業(yè)發(fā)展節(jié)奏加快,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)辦公和工業(yè)控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、信息化的無縫接合是企業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的必然趨勢。為實現(xiàn)港口現(xiàn)代化建設(shè),曹妃甸實業(yè)港務(wù)有限公司在新建礦石碼頭二期工程時,通過控制系統(tǒng)與信息化系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合的方式開發(fā)出生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng),從而提高礦石碼頭作業(yè)線的信息化水平、生產(chǎn)效率和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 本文首先通過分析礦石碼頭卸船線控制系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)和卸船機(jī)、皮帶機(jī)、電子皮帶秤等設(shè)備的作業(yè)流程,給出信息化控制系統(tǒng)需要采集的數(shù)據(jù)信息,完成PLC、皮帶秤等硬件選型。其次,研究了基于FactoryTalk、J2EE和Oracle的信息化系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)以FactoryTalk Transaction Manager作為實時數(shù)據(jù)通訊軟件,以J2EE為平臺開發(fā)WEB程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化管理,以O(shè)racle為數(shù)據(jù)庫管理平臺實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的存儲、管理等操作。再次,完成了控制系統(tǒng)信息化設(shè)計。結(jié)合碼頭卸船線作業(yè)流程設(shè)計完成控制系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計及軟件編程;給出Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫E-R圖,并完成數(shù)據(jù)庫結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計;在J2EE平臺上完成系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)頁數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)布系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。最后,將信息化管理系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用到礦石碼頭卸船線,控制系統(tǒng)將皮帶秤的實時數(shù)據(jù)、卸船機(jī)的每斗數(shù)據(jù)等作業(yè)信息數(shù)據(jù)通過現(xiàn)場總線傳輸?shù)絇LC中,PLC將實時數(shù)據(jù)通過FactoryTalk插入Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫的數(shù)據(jù)表里,并定時更新。完成控制系統(tǒng)和信息化系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)通訊后,開發(fā)數(shù)據(jù)管理網(wǎng)頁,發(fā)布到網(wǎng)絡(luò)上,使員工在辦公室就能夠查看碼頭實時生產(chǎn)情況。信息化系統(tǒng)將數(shù)據(jù)存儲在數(shù)據(jù)庫以后,可以將數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理、計算,生成各類所需要的報表。 本文所設(shè)計系統(tǒng)建立了包含從工業(yè)現(xiàn)場設(shè)備層到控制層、管理層等各個層次的綜合信息化網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺,,建立了以工業(yè)控制系統(tǒng)為基礎(chǔ)的企業(yè)信息化系統(tǒng),解決了傳統(tǒng)人工手動計算所有報表實時性差、效率低、準(zhǔn)確性差的問題,實現(xiàn)了港口作業(yè)的信息化管理。
[Abstract]:With the accelerated pace of enterprise development and the realization of enterprise office and industrial control network, the seamless integration of information technology is the inevitable trend of enterprise modernization development. In order to realize the modernization of the port, Caofeidian Industrial Port Co., Ltd. developed the production management system by combining the control system with the information system in the second phase of the new project of the ore wharf. As a result, the information level, production efficiency and economic benefit of the ore terminal operation line are improved. By analyzing the characteristics of the unloading line control system of the ore wharf and the working flow of the ship unloader, belt conveyor and electronic belt weigher, the data information needed to be collected by the information control system is given in this paper, and the hardware selection of the PLC, belt scale is completed. Secondly, the information system based on FactoryTalk,J2EE and Oracle is studied. The system uses FactoryTalk Transaction Manager as the real-time data communication software, uses J2EE as the platform to develop WEB program to realize network management, and uses Oracle as the database management platform to realize the operation of data storage and management. Thirdly, the information design of the control system is completed. The hardware design and software programming of the control system are completed based on the design of the operation flow of the ship unloading line of the wharf; the Oracle database E / R diagram is given and the database structure is designed; the web page data publishing system of the system is developed on the J2EE platform. Finally, the information management system is applied to the unloading line of the ore wharf. The control system transmits the real-time data of the belt scale and the data of each bucket of the ship unloader to the PLC through the field bus. PLC inserts real-time data into the data table of Oracle database through FactoryTalk and updates it regularly. After the data communication between the control system and the information system is completed, the data management web page is developed and published on the network, so that the employees can view the real-time production situation of the terminal in the office. After the information system stores the data in the database, the data can be sorted, calculated and all kinds of reports can be generated. The system designed in this paper has set up a comprehensive information network platform including the industrial field equipment layer to the control layer, the management layer and so on, and has established the enterprise information system based on the industrial control system, and has set up the enterprise information system based on the industrial control system. The problems of poor real-time, low efficiency and poor accuracy of traditional manual calculation of all report forms are solved, and the information management of port operations is realized.
