大跨度連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋懸澆施工支撐系統(tǒng)力學(xué)特性研究

【摘要】:在諸多施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素中,施工支撐系統(tǒng)是引起工程質(zhì)量、導(dǎo)致工程事故發(fā)生最具影響力的因素之一。采用懸臂澆筑的大跨度預(yù)應(yīng)力連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋的主要施工支撐系統(tǒng)有邊跨現(xiàn)澆段滿堂支架、墩頂0#塊托架施工支架、懸臂澆筑的掛籃系統(tǒng)等。為了預(yù)防因施工支撐系統(tǒng)引起工程質(zhì)量、導(dǎo)致工程事故的發(fā)生,需要工程施工前,將這些不利因素消滅在萌芽中。因此,本文以某大跨度連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋施工為依托背景,對采用懸臂施工的支撐系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)受力、穩(wěn)定性的分析,并對支撐系統(tǒng)的安全問題作出評價(jià)。其相關(guān)研究可為連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋懸臂施工的支撐系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、計(jì)算、施工安裝等提供可靠地依據(jù),具有重要的工程意義和實(shí)用價(jià)值。 本文以某大跨度預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土剛構(gòu)橋懸臂施工支撐體系為研究對象,主要圍繞以下幾個(gè)方面展開研究: (1)通過收集資料,了解預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土剛構(gòu)橋施工期間安全問題及支撐系統(tǒng)力學(xué)特性的相關(guān)研究,為本文的相關(guān)研究提供參考依據(jù),同時(shí)進(jìn)一步明確本文相關(guān)研究的目的與意義。 (2)在0#塊托架設(shè)計(jì)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,通過建立有限元計(jì)算模型,計(jì)算了0#塊托架在自重、梁體重量、模板吊架等荷載作用下的變形、受力及穩(wěn)定性,并對結(jié)構(gòu)安全性進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)算。 (3)在懸臂施工掛籃設(shè)計(jì)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,通過建立有限元計(jì)算模型,對掛籃在自重、梁體重量、模板吊架等荷載作用下的變形、受力及穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了安全檢算,,并對掛籃安裝、移機(jī)、拆除等進(jìn)行了組織設(shè)計(jì)。 (4)在邊跨滿堂支架設(shè)計(jì)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,借助力學(xué)分析手段,對邊跨滿堂支架及地基承載能力進(jìn)行了檢算,確保施工過程的安全性。
[Abstract]:Among all the construction risk factors, construction support system is one of the most influential factors that cause engineering quality and accidents. The main construction support system of long-span prestressed continuous rigid frame bridge built by cantilever is as follows: side span cast-in-place section full support, pier top 0# block bracket construction support, cantilever pouring hanging basket system, etc. In order to prevent the engineering quality caused by the construction support system and the occurrence of the engineering accident, it is necessary to nip these unfavorable factors in the bud before the construction. Therefore, based on the construction of a long-span continuous rigid frame bridge, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the force and stability of the bracing system using cantilever construction, and makes an evaluation of the safety of the bracing system. The related research can provide reliable basis for the design, calculation, construction and installation of cantilever support system of continuous rigid frame bridge, which has important engineering significance and practical value. In this paper, a long-span prestressed concrete rigid frame bridge cantilever construction support system as the research object, mainly around the following aspects: (1) through the collection of data, To understand the safety problems and the mechanical characteristics of bracing system during the construction of prestressed concrete rigid frame bridge, to provide a reference for the relevant research in this paper, and to further clarify the purpose and significance of the relevant research in this paper. (2) on the basis of the design data of 0# block bracket, the deformation, force and stability of 0# block bracket under load such as deadweight, beam weight and formwork hanger are calculated by establishing finite element calculation model. The structural safety is checked and calculated. (3) on the basis of the design data of cantilever construction hanging basket, the deformation, force and stability of hanging basket under load such as deadweight, beam weight and formwork hanger are checked and calculated by establishing finite element calculation model. And the hanging basket installation, moving machine, demolition and other organizational design. (4) on the basis of the design data of the side span full hall support, by means of mechanical analysis, the bearing capacity of the side span full hall support and the foundation is checked and calculated to ensure the safety of the construction process.
