【摘要】：隨著城市地鐵盾構(gòu)隧道的日益興建,球狀風(fēng)化體作為影響盾構(gòu)順利掘進(jìn)的重難點(diǎn)愈發(fā)凸顯,盾構(gòu)區(qū)間球狀風(fēng)化體的預(yù)處理技術(shù)已成為國內(nèi)外研究的熱點(diǎn)。綜述已有文獻(xiàn),在對(duì)球狀風(fēng)化體形成機(jī)理、原因及處理必要性分析的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)其形狀、大小、所處地理位置,結(jié)合周邊環(huán)境的實(shí)際情況,且綜合考慮技術(shù)、成本、工期、安全等因素,將盾構(gòu)區(qū)間球狀風(fēng)化體預(yù)處理分為:直接掘進(jìn)通過、地表預(yù)處理、洞內(nèi)處理三大類,并詳細(xì)論述了九種處理方法的適用范圍、優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。最后,提出現(xiàn)場(chǎng)處理的合理化建議,為盾構(gòu)區(qū)間風(fēng)化體的預(yù)處理技術(shù)提供指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:With the increasing construction of shield tunnel in urban subway, the spherical weathered body is becoming more and more difficult to influence the smooth tunneling of shield tunneling. The pretreatment technology of spherical weathered body in shield section has become a hot research topic at home and abroad. Based on the analysis of the formation mechanism, causes and treatment necessity of the spherical weathered body, according to its shape, size, geographical position and the actual situation of the surrounding environment, and considering the technology, the cost, the time limit, the paper summarizes the existing literature. The pretreatment of spherical weathered body in shield section is divided into three categories: direct tunneling, surface pretreatment and hole treatment. The application scope, advantages and disadvantages of nine treatment methods are discussed in detail. Finally, some reasonable suggestions are put forward to provide guidance for the pretreatment of weathered body in shield section.
