山西中南部鐵路通道重載鐵路隧道隧底加固方案研究

【摘要】:山西中南部鐵路通道將開(kāi)行30 t軸重列車(chē),荷載計(jì)算與有限元數(shù)值分析表明,列車(chē)軸重增加后位于富水軟弱圍巖及土質(zhì)地層段隧道基底應(yīng)力增大,在列車(chē)活載反復(fù)作用下隧道底部易形成病害。本文論述了對(duì)已先期建成的隧道進(jìn)行基底加固的必要性,論證了采用隧底注漿方案進(jìn)行基底加固合理可行。
[Abstract]:A 30-ton axle load train will be operated in the railway passage of central and southern Shanxi Province. The load calculation and finite element numerical analysis show that the stress of the tunnel base in the section of soft surrounding rock and soil strata with rich water increases after the axle load of the train increases. Under the repeated action of train live load, it is easy to form disease at the bottom of the tunnel. This paper discusses the necessity of the foundation reinforcement of the tunnel that has been built in advance, and proves that it is reasonable and feasible to use the grouting scheme to reinforce the foundation.
