城市路網(wǎng)暢通可靠性研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:城市道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)是城市交通的基礎(chǔ),現(xiàn)代城市道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模越來越龐大、路網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)越來越復(fù)雜,人們對出行質(zhì)量的要求也越來越高,使得路網(wǎng)可靠度的研究越來越受到人們的關(guān)注。城市道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)可靠性是指在規(guī)定的條件下和規(guī)定的時間內(nèi),道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)所提供的各種服務(wù)能夠滿足出行者出行需求的能力,它是衡量路網(wǎng)運行質(zhì)量的重要指標(biāo)之一。進(jìn)行城市道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)可靠性研究能夠為城市道路交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計人員提供重要的參考價值,具有顯著的現(xiàn)實意義,考慮道路交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)可靠性問題能夠幫助交通規(guī)劃和決策人員制定和決策出更優(yōu)的道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計方案。 本論文在撰寫時,廣泛閱讀了相關(guān)研究的文獻(xiàn)資料。首先,借鑒國內(nèi)外對路網(wǎng)可靠性相關(guān)指標(biāo)的研究,,通過對交通供需隨機性的分析,建立了暢通可靠度這一概率性指標(biāo),用于更好的評價城市道路交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)的運行狀態(tài)。以此為基礎(chǔ),借鑒一般網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)可靠性原理,提出了道路單元(包括交叉口和路段)、始終點(即OD對)及整個道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)暢通可靠度分析方法,并考慮了單元阻塞相關(guān)性對路網(wǎng)暢通可靠度的影響及單元重要度分析的重要性,在文章最后用一個小型測試網(wǎng)絡(luò)驗證了其可行性。其次,通過對目前國內(nèi)外在道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計研究方面的分析,總結(jié)了研究中存在的不足,提出將路網(wǎng)暢通可靠性應(yīng)用到道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計中,以改善路網(wǎng)的擁堵狀態(tài),提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的可靠性能,針對此建立了基于暢通可靠性的雙向道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化設(shè)計雙層規(guī)劃模型,該模型上層以城市路網(wǎng)暢通可靠度最大化為目標(biāo),下層以固定需求的UE配流模型為基礎(chǔ),通過交通流分配,車道調(diào)整達(dá)到提高路網(wǎng)暢通可靠度、優(yōu)化路網(wǎng)的要求。 文中最后結(jié)合一個算例分析了雙層規(guī)劃模型的實現(xiàn)過程,驗證了模型與方法的有效性,得出了一些新的結(jié)論,為開展下一步的研究工作打下了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Urban road network is the basis of urban traffic. The scale of modern urban road network is becoming larger and larger, the road network structure is becoming more and more complex, and the demand for travel quality is becoming higher and higher. The research of road network reliability has attracted more and more attention. The reliability of urban road network refers to the ability of various services provided by the road network to meet the travel demand of travelers under the prescribed conditions and within a specified time. It is one of the important indicators to measure the quality of road network operation. The research on the reliability of urban road network can provide important reference value for the designers of urban road traffic network. Considering the reliability of road traffic network can help traffic planning and decision makers to formulate and make better road network design scheme. At the time of writing, the literature of related research has been read extensively. Firstly, by analyzing the randomness of traffic supply and demand, the probabilistic index of unblocked reliability is established to evaluate the running state of urban road traffic network better by referring to the research on the reliability index of road network at home and abroad and by analyzing the randomness of traffic supply and demand. Based on this, and referring to the reliability principle of general network system, this paper puts forward a method of analyzing the unblocked reliability of road unit (including intersection and section), always point (i.e. OD pair) and the whole road network system. The influence of unit congestion correlation on the unblocked reliability of road network and the importance of unit importance analysis are considered. At the end of this paper, a small test network is used to verify its feasibility. Secondly, based on the analysis of the research on road network design at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the shortcomings of the research, and proposes to apply the unblocked reliability of road network to the design of road network, in order to improve the congestion state of road network. To improve the reliability performance of the network system, a bi-directional road network optimization design bilevel programming model based on unblocked reliability is established. The upper level of the model aims at maximizing the unblocked reliability of the urban road network. The lower layer is based on the UE model of fixed demand. Through the traffic flow allocation, the lane adjustment can improve the reliability of the road network and optimize the road network. Finally, the realization process of the bilevel programming model is analyzed with an example, the validity of the model and method is verified, and some new conclusions are obtained, which lays a foundation for further research work.
