瀝青混合料應(yīng)用于寒冷地區(qū)的配合比優(yōu)化設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:我國寒區(qū)面積廣闊,包括所有的冰川區(qū)、多年凍土區(qū)和絕大多數(shù)穩(wěn)定性季節(jié)積雪區(qū),瀝青路面以其良好的使用性能成為目前高等級公路的主要路面結(jié)構(gòu)型式,由于冬季嚴(yán)寒、夏季惡劣、雨熱同季的惡劣氣候條件,寒區(qū)瀝青路面更容易出現(xiàn)橫向裂縫、坑槽、車轍等各種早期病害,嚴(yán)重影響了瀝青路面使用質(zhì)量和壽命,使得養(yǎng)護維修成本高居不下。已有研究表明,瀝青膜厚度及瀝青混合料礦料級配是影響瀝青混合料水穩(wěn)定性、高溫穩(wěn)定性及低溫開裂性的兩個重要方面。為提升寒區(qū)瀝青路面的路用性能,本文通過寒區(qū)運營期高速公路瀝青路面車轍、橫向裂縫的調(diào)查和分析、在建高速公路瀝青混合料礦料級配與路用性能相關(guān)性分析、瀝青用量對瀝青混合料路用性能分析及瀝青混合料配合比優(yōu)化試驗研究,系統(tǒng)分析了兩者對瀝青混合料路用性能的影響,提出了適合寒區(qū)的ATB-25、AC-20及SMA-16三種瀝青混合料的礦料級配范圍與粉膠比范圍。為驗證本文提出的瀝青混合料礦料級配范圍及瀝青用量控制指標(biāo)的合理性,以通丹高速公路為依托,修筑了長400m的瀝青下面層試驗路段,通過對試驗段瀝青路面的設(shè)計、施工及后期觀測數(shù)據(jù)的分析研究,驗證了研究結(jié)論的適用性,對寒區(qū)瀝青公路瀝青路面建設(shè)具有良好的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The cold area of our country is vast, including all glacial regions, permafrost regions and most stable seasonal snow cover areas. Asphalt pavement has become the main pavement structure type of high grade highway due to its good service performance. In the severe summer and the severe weather conditions of the same season, asphalt pavement in cold area is prone to various early diseases, such as transverse cracks, potholes, ruts and so on, which seriously affect the quality and service life of asphalt pavement, and make the maintenance cost high. It has been shown that the thickness of asphalt film and the gradation of asphalt mixture are two important aspects that affect the water stability, high temperature stability and low temperature cracking of asphalt mixture. In order to improve the road performance of asphalt pavement in cold region, this paper analyzes the rutting and transverse cracks of highway asphalt pavement during operation period in cold area, and analyzes the correlation between asphalt mixture aggregate gradation and road performance of the highway under construction. The influence of asphalt content on pavement performance of asphalt mixture and mixture ratio optimization of asphalt mixture is analyzed systematically, and the ATB-25, suitable for cold region is put forward. The range of aggregate gradation and powder / binder ratio of AC-20 and SMA-16 asphalt mixture. In order to verify the rationality of the asphalt mixture gradation range and asphalt dosage control index proposed in this paper, based on Tongdan Expressway, a 400m long test section of asphalt underlayer was built, and the design of asphalt pavement in test section was carried out. The analysis and study of the construction and later observation data verify the applicability of the research conclusion and have a good reference significance for the construction of asphalt pavement of asphalt highway in cold area.
