特長巖溶隧道突水涌泥風(fēng)險評價與控制研究

【摘要】:突水涌泥是巖溶地區(qū)修建隧道工程所遇到的后果最嚴(yán)重的災(zāi)害之一,它不僅會影響施工的進(jìn)展、給洞內(nèi)各類工作人員造成生命威脅,若事后沒有采取必要措施,還會造成隧道工程所在地域的地表和地下環(huán)境惡化,給隧道建成后的運營造成隱患。因此,研究一種科學(xué)及普適性的方法對特長巖溶隧道中的突水涌泥災(zāi)害進(jìn)行風(fēng)險評價,對風(fēng)險進(jìn)行控制和管理是十分必要的。本文以羅依溪隧道為工程依托,針對突水涌泥災(zāi)害進(jìn)行了風(fēng)險模糊評價以及風(fēng)險控制管理研究,主要研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)針對突水涌泥風(fēng)險,將國內(nèi)外學(xué)者在巖溶隧道工程風(fēng)險評價領(lǐng)域所作出的研究成果進(jìn)行了綜述,總結(jié)了特長巖溶隧道風(fēng)險模糊評價和控制管理所存在的問題主要是沒有一種絕對客觀的風(fēng)險評價方法和一種系統(tǒng)有效的風(fēng)險預(yù)警體系;(2)介紹了依托工程羅依溪隧道的工程地質(zhì)環(huán)境等條件,按照2011年中華人民共和國交通運輸部頒發(fā)的風(fēng)險評估標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對隧道進(jìn)行了施工安全總體風(fēng)險評估;(3)針對突水涌泥這一巖溶隧道的特殊高危風(fēng)險,進(jìn)行了風(fēng)險因子辨識,建立了風(fēng)險因子層次結(jié)構(gòu)圖,采用模糊綜合層次分析法(FA-AHP-RA)對風(fēng)險進(jìn)行了評價,基于三段式動態(tài)評估方法,分析了設(shè)計、施工前和施工時三個不同階段隧道發(fā)生突水涌泥風(fēng)險的主要致險因素;(4)對突水涌泥風(fēng)險的控制和管理進(jìn)行了研究,提出巖溶探測技術(shù)是突水涌泥風(fēng)險風(fēng)險源的辨識方法,建立了針對突水涌泥風(fēng)險的四級綜合地質(zhì)預(yù)報方案、突水涌泥風(fēng)險預(yù)警系統(tǒng)以及風(fēng)險應(yīng)急預(yù)案。
[Abstract]:Water and mud inrush is one of the most serious disasters in the construction of tunnel in karst area. It will not only affect the progress of construction, but also threaten the lives of all kinds of workers in the tunnel, if necessary measures are not taken afterwards, It also causes the deterioration of the surface and underground environment in the tunnel area, which will cause hidden trouble to the tunnel operation after completion. Therefore, it is necessary to study a scientific and universal method to evaluate the risk of water inrush and mud inrush in extra-long karst tunnel, and to control and manage the risk. Based on the Luoyi River Tunnel, the risk fuzzy evaluation and risk control management are studied in this paper. The main contents are as follows: (1) aiming at the risk of water and mud outburst, This paper summarizes the research achievements made by domestic and foreign scholars in the field of risk assessment of karst tunnel engineering. The main problems in fuzzy evaluation and control management of karst tunnel risk are that there is no absolute objective risk evaluation method and a systematic and effective risk warning system. (2) based on the engineering geological environment and other conditions of Luoyi River Tunnel, the overall risk assessment of the tunnel construction safety is carried out according to the risk assessment standard issued by the Ministry of Communications and Transport of the people's Republic of China in 2011; (3) aiming at the special high risk of karst tunnel, the risk factors are identified, the hierarchical structure of risk factors is established, and the risk is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive analytic hierarchy process (FA-AHP-RA). Based on the three-stage dynamic evaluation method, the main risk factors of the risk of water inrush and mud inrush in three different stages of tunnel are analyzed, including design, construction and construction. (4) the control and management of the risk of water and mud inrush are studied, and the karst detection technology is proposed as the identification method of the risk source of water and mud outburst, and a four-level comprehensive geological forecast scheme for the risk of water and mud inrush is established.
