壓實機械工作狀態(tài)遠程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:在高速公路施工中,對壓實機械作業(yè)速度和壓實遍數(shù)的控制是保證壓實質量,提高公路質量的重要因素。目前對于壓實機械作業(yè)質量的監(jiān)控多采用現(xiàn)場監(jiān)控,由監(jiān)理人員采用旁站的方法監(jiān)督壓實機械的作業(yè)過程和質量。由于管理人員人手有限,而壓實機械的數(shù)量眾多,無法保證對所有壓實機械進行實時的監(jiān)控。為了更好地管理項目中使用的壓實機械,需要一種遠程監(jiān)控壓實機械的裝置,實現(xiàn)對壓實機械作業(yè)速度、碾壓遍數(shù)等關鍵工作信息的實時監(jiān)控。 本文針對上述問題,采用嵌入式技術、GPS衛(wèi)星定位技術和GPRS無線通信技術,開發(fā)了壓實機械工作狀態(tài)遠程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),可以對壓實機械工作狀態(tài)進行實時遠程監(jiān)控并對超速進行預警。該系統(tǒng)主要包括車載監(jiān)控終端和后臺管理系統(tǒng)。車載監(jiān)控終端又包括數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊、電源模塊、微處理器和無線通信模塊。數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊與壓實機械的信號控制單元連接,,采集壓實機械的ACC點火、激振啟閉、激振強弱等信號,并將信號送到微處理器進行處理;電源模塊與車載電瓶連接,為整個車載監(jiān)控終端供電,出現(xiàn)異常情況則由內部備用電池暫時供電;無線通信模塊主要將采集的數(shù)據(jù)上傳至管理處的后臺服務器上。后臺管理系統(tǒng)主要包括WEB服務器和數(shù)據(jù)服務器,采用B/S構架設計實現(xiàn)軟件功能。后臺管理系統(tǒng)對數(shù)據(jù)進行存儲、整理和顯示,下達各種指令。 經(jīng)過實踐應用表明,本系統(tǒng)的安裝使用可以實現(xiàn)對全路段壓實機械的管理調度,實現(xiàn)對壓實機械激振啟閉狀態(tài)、地理位置、工作行駛速度等工作信息的監(jiān)測,對違反操作規(guī)程的機械予以警告或鎖車等操作,并且設置超速報警閾值,生成報表等。 本文的研究成果對保證公路施工質量具有非常重要的意義,并可認為對其他高速公路建設信息化管理提供技術參考和數(shù)據(jù)支持。
[Abstract]:In highway construction, the control of the speed of compaction machinery and the number of compaction times is an important factor to ensure the compaction quality and improve the highway quality. At present, the quality of compaction machinery is mostly monitored on the spot, and the working process and quality of compaction machinery are supervised by the method of side station. Due to the limited manpower of managers and the large number of compaction machines, it is impossible to monitor all compaction machines in real time. In order to better manage the compaction machinery used in the project, a kind of remote monitoring device is needed to realize the real-time monitoring of the key work information, such as the working speed of the compaction machine and the number of rolling times. Aiming at the above problems, this paper develops a remote monitoring system for compaction machinery working condition by using embedded technology, GPS satellite positioning technology and GPRS wireless communication technology. Can carry on the real-time remote monitor to the compaction machinery working state and carry on the warning to the overspeed. The system mainly includes vehicle monitoring terminal and background management system. Vehicle monitoring terminal also includes data acquisition module, power module, microprocessor and wireless communication module. The data acquisition module is connected with the signal control unit of the compaction machine to collect the signals of the compaction machine such as ACC igniting, exciting opening and closing, and the intensity of the excitation, and the signal is sent to the microprocessor for processing. The power supply module is connected with the on-board battery to supply power to the whole vehicle monitoring terminal, and the abnormal situation is temporarily powered by the internal standby battery; the wireless communication module mainly uploads the collected data to the background server of the management office. The background management system mainly includes WEB server and data server. Background management system for data storage, collation and display, issued a variety of instructions. The practical application shows that the installation and use of the system can realize the management and scheduling of the compaction machinery in the whole road section, and the monitoring of the work information, such as the excited vibration opening and closing state, geographical position, working speed, etc, of the compaction machinery, etc. Warn or lock the operation of the machinery which violates the operation rules, set the overspeed alarm threshold, generate reports and so on. The research results of this paper are of great significance to ensure the quality of highway construction, and can be considered as providing technical reference and data support for other highway construction information management.
