混凝土路面板早期開裂疲勞壽命預(yù)測

【摘要】:為準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測水泥混凝土路面板在早期裂縫情況下的疲勞壽命,幫助制定合理的維修計(jì)劃、延長道路使用壽命,該文通過小梁四點(diǎn)彎拉及混凝土板疲勞加載試驗(yàn),研究了混凝土斷裂力學(xué)參數(shù)及疲勞行為,并對有裂縫混凝土板的疲勞壽命進(jìn)行預(yù)測分析。試驗(yàn)研究和模型預(yù)測均表明:混凝土路面板早期開裂疲勞壽命或破損過程分為3個(gè)階段,且板的疲勞斷裂壽命遠(yuǎn)小于傳統(tǒng)模型預(yù)測值;開放交通時(shí)間的早晚對板的疲勞壽命有至關(guān)重要影響。研究結(jié)果對于準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測疲勞壽命和及時(shí)進(jìn)行路面維修與裂縫處理具有實(shí)際意義。
[Abstract]:In order to accurately predict the fatigue life of cement concrete pavement slab under the condition of early crack, to help make reasonable maintenance plan and prolong the service life of road, the paper passes the fatigue loading test of trabeculae and concrete slab. The fracture mechanics parameters and fatigue behavior of concrete are studied, and the fatigue life of cracked concrete slabs is predicted and analyzed. The experimental study and model prediction show that the early crack fatigue life or damage process of concrete pavement slab can be divided into three stages, and the fatigue fracture life of the slab is much smaller than the predicted value of the traditional model. The morning and evening of the open traffic time has a vital effect on the fatigue life of the plate. The results are of practical significance for accurately predicting fatigue life and timely pavement maintenance and crack treatment.
