岸橋結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)化建模分析及其系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)

【摘要】:岸邊集裝箱橋式起重機是常見的港口裝卸集裝箱用起重設(shè)備,遍布于世界各大港口,是裝卸集裝箱的主要專用設(shè)備。岸橋結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計在整個岸橋設(shè)計過程中占很大比重,,其結(jié)構(gòu)的承載能力是岸橋的主要性能參數(shù)。隨著工業(yè)水平的發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計方法逐漸的被新興的現(xiàn)代設(shè)計方法所替代,現(xiàn)代設(shè)計方法中諸如模塊化設(shè)計、優(yōu)化設(shè)計、有限元法、參數(shù)化設(shè)計等逐漸占據(jù)主要地位。對于結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計計算而言,目前主要采用的方法是有限元法,設(shè)計者多使用各類有限元計算軟件進行結(jié)構(gòu)的各項性能的分析計算。對于岸橋這種大型設(shè)備而言,利用有限元軟件完成從模型建立、載荷設(shè)置到結(jié)果后處理等一系列結(jié)構(gòu)分析工作,不僅工作周期較長,而且容易出現(xiàn)這樣或那樣的問題。由于整個分析過程是設(shè)計者與軟件直接交互的過程,故對設(shè)計者的軟件使用能力要求較高,設(shè)計分析結(jié)果也會因設(shè)計人員的經(jīng)驗而有所不同。岸橋結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)化建模分析通過完成在ANSYS軟件中對岸橋結(jié)構(gòu)有限元模型建立的整個過程的封裝,實現(xiàn)了結(jié)構(gòu)的參數(shù)化分析,并使分析人員只需操作界面簡單的第三方軟件即可完成復(fù)雜的岸橋結(jié)構(gòu)分析過程。對于岸橋結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)化有限元分析,本文的研究內(nèi)容主要有: 1)通過對利用有限元軟件ANSYS軟件的傳統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)分析計算方法的匯總,研究岸橋金屬結(jié)構(gòu)的有限元分析的整個過程,并通過相關(guān)APDL語言的介紹,整理了岸橋結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)化分析過程中用到的主要命令語句; 2)結(jié)合岸橋的結(jié)構(gòu)特點及ANSYS軟件的特點,建立能夠合理的描述岸橋參數(shù)并完成岸橋結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)化分析的數(shù)學模型; 3)研究規(guī)范《F.E.M歐洲起重機設(shè)計規(guī)范》中有關(guān)起重機結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計計算的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,包括載荷及載荷組合的設(shè)置、各計算內(nèi)容的計算準則等,并使用VisualBasic6.0編程軟件完成對該部分內(nèi)容的封裝; 4)通過對ANSYS軟件APDL語言的研究和積累,并結(jié)合VB高級語言的強大功能,實現(xiàn)對結(jié)構(gòu)計算的各方面內(nèi)容及數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果的提取分析; 5)利用Visual Basic6.0軟件完成參數(shù)化建模分析軟件的編制,并保證該軟件系統(tǒng)滿足既定功能、界面簡單、操作簡便,使一般工程人員均能根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)完成對指定結(jié)構(gòu)類型的岸橋的結(jié)構(gòu)有限元分析。
[Abstract]:Quayside container bridge crane is a common lifting equipment used for loading and unloading containers in ports. It is spread all over the world and is the main special equipment for loading and unloading containers. The design of the quayside bridge structure occupies a large proportion in the whole design process of the quayside bridge, and the bearing capacity of the structure is the main performance parameter of the quayside bridge. With the development of industry, the traditional design methods are gradually replaced by the new modern design methods, such as modular design, optimization design, finite element method, parametric design and so on. For structural design and calculation, the main method is finite element method (FEM), and designers often use all kinds of finite element calculation software to analyze and calculate the performance of the structure. For the large equipment such as quayside bridge, the finite element software is used to complete a series of structural analysis work, such as modeling, load setting and post-processing of the results, which not only has a long working period, but also is prone to one kind of problem or another. Because the whole analysis process is the process of direct interaction between the designer and the software, the designer's ability to use the software is very high, and the result of design analysis will be different from the designer's experience. Parametric modeling analysis of quayside bridge structure by encapsulating the whole process of establishing the finite element model of quayside structure in ANSYS software, the parametric analysis of the structure is realized. So that the analysts can complete the complex analysis process of the quayside bridge structure only by using the third party software with simple interface. For the parametric finite element analysis of quayside bridge structure, the main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) the traditional structural analysis and calculation methods based on the finite element software ANSYS are summarized. The whole process of finite element analysis of the metal structure of the quayside bridge is studied, and the main command statements used in the parameterization analysis of the quayside bridge structure are arranged through the introduction of the related APDL language. 2) combining the structural characteristics of the quayside bridge and the characteristics of the ANSYS software, a mathematical model which can reasonably describe the parameters of the quayside bridge and complete the parameterized analysis of the quayside structure is established. 3) studying the relevant contents of crane structure design calculation in F.E.M European Crane Design Code, including the setting of load and load combination, the calculation criteria of each calculation content, etc. And use VisualBasic6.0 programming software to complete the encapsulation of this part of the content; 4) through the research and accumulation of APDL language of ANSYS software and the powerful function of VB high-level language, we can extract and analyze all aspects of structure calculation and data results. 5) the parameterized modeling and analysis software is compiled by using Visual Basic6.0 software, and the software system meets the established function, the interface is simple and the operation is simple. So that the general engineers can complete the finite element analysis of the quayside bridge of the specified structural type according to the structural data.
