基于層次分析法的高速公路視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)架構評價方法研究

【摘要】:20世紀80年代以來,視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)發(fā)展十分迅速,系統(tǒng)結構不斷提升,功能更加豐富,應用領域也得到了很大的擴展。根據(jù)其系統(tǒng)結構的不同,可將其大致分為模擬視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、模擬/數(shù)字混合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)和全數(shù)字網(wǎng)絡視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)三類,其中每類都包含多種實現(xiàn)方案。每種監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)都有其優(yōu)勢和不足,因此,在不同領域中要根據(jù)具體應用需求來選擇合適的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)類型。 本文針對高速公路監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)架構選擇的問題,以層次分析法為基礎,,研究了一種針對高速公路具體需求的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)架構評價方法。通過研究監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展歷程,總結了監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的主要類型,分析了各類監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的特點。通過分析江西省高速公路的管理結構,并以此結構為基礎模擬了高速公路的典型需求;根據(jù)其需求建立了不同類型的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)方案,并針對這些監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在圖像采集、占用帶寬、傳輸距離、傳輸時延和數(shù)據(jù)存儲與處理五個方面進行了量化對比;建立了基于層次分析法的評價模型,最終評價并得出了最適合高速公路需求的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)架構方案。
[Abstract]:Since 1980s, the video surveillance system has developed very quickly, the system structure has been improved constantly, the function is more abundant, and the application field has also been greatly expanded. According to the different system structure, it can be divided into analog video surveillance system, analog / digital hybrid monitoring system and full-digital network video surveillance system, each of which includes a variety of implementation schemes. Each monitoring system has its own advantages and disadvantages, so it is necessary to select the appropriate monitoring system type according to the specific application requirements in different fields. In this paper, aiming at the problem of the structure selection of expressway monitoring system, based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), a method for evaluating the architecture of expressway monitoring system is studied. By studying the development course of monitoring system, the main types of monitoring system are summarized, and the characteristics of all kinds of monitoring system are analyzed. Based on the analysis of the management structure of the expressway in Jiangxi Province, the typical demand of the expressway is simulated. According to its requirements, the realization schemes of different types of monitoring systems are established, and these monitoring systems are compared in five aspects: image acquisition, bandwidth occupation, transmission distance, transmission delay and data storage and processing. The evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process is established, and the monitoring system architecture scheme which is most suitable for highway demand is finally evaluated.
