路基落錘彎沉與回彈彎沉數(shù)值關(guān)系與數(shù)值分析研究

【摘要】:路基彎沉在公路施工建設(shè)中,是工程檢測的重要指標(biāo)之一。與壓實(shí)度一同成為路基施工驗(yàn)收必檢參數(shù)。其不僅反映路基自身的強(qiáng)度,而且是道路結(jié)構(gòu)正常工作的保證。因而,路基彎沉是決定強(qiáng)度狀況的關(guān)鍵所在,是道路結(jié)構(gòu)總彎沉的主體構(gòu)成。有關(guān)研究表明,路面彎沉的80%以上由路基承擔(dān)。因而,準(zhǔn)確評(píng)定路基強(qiáng)度是公路建設(shè)中的關(guān)鍵一環(huán)。 本文對(duì)呼和浩特市周邊在建高速重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目路基,分別進(jìn)行了BB檢測與FWD檢測,研究了兩組數(shù)據(jù)的關(guān)系。從路基彎沉的主要影響因素著手,通過理論分析與工程檢測實(shí)例,分析了壓實(shí)度、含水率、土顆粒CBR對(duì)彎沉的影響狀況;確定壓實(shí)度、含水率、土顆粒CBR對(duì)路基彎沉的影響程度;根據(jù)工程實(shí)踐的結(jié)果,對(duì)路基彎沉的影響因素進(jìn)行了充分的說明。對(duì)高速項(xiàng)目試驗(yàn)段的BB檢測與FWD檢測結(jié)果進(jìn)行了處理,建立了符合類似工程或更接近實(shí)際的轉(zhuǎn)換關(guān)系式;在高速項(xiàng)目試驗(yàn)段檢測結(jié)果中,對(duì)FWD數(shù)值小于BB數(shù)值進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析;對(duì)FWD數(shù)值小于BB數(shù)值的可能原因進(jìn)行了說明。分析了路基彎沉與路基材料的關(guān)系、相關(guān)系數(shù)R的影響因素、不同車道彎沉數(shù)值差異性;探討了檢測結(jié)果數(shù)值變化規(guī)律。并對(duì)試驗(yàn)期間存在的問題進(jìn)行了說明,提出了建議。對(duì)FWD數(shù)值分析分別采用了時(shí)域、頻域分析方法進(jìn)行了動(dòng)態(tài)分析,對(duì)路基的動(dòng)態(tài)特性進(jìn)行了研究。通過對(duì)數(shù)值進(jìn)行時(shí)域、頻域描述,得出了動(dòng)態(tài)荷載與動(dòng)態(tài)彎沉隨頻率的變化特性以及路基在動(dòng)態(tài)荷載作用下的響應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Subgrade deflection is one of the important indexes in highway construction. Together with compaction degree, it is necessary to check the parameters of subgrade construction acceptance. It not only reflects the strength of the roadbed itself, but also guarantees the normal work of the road structure. Therefore, the subgrade deflection is the key to determine the strength condition and the main body of the total deflection of the road structure. The research shows that more than 80% of the pavement deflection is borne by the roadbed. Therefore, accurate evaluation of subgrade strength is a key link in highway construction. In this paper, BB detection and FWD detection are carried out on the roadbed, which is under construction around Hohhot City, and the relationship between the two groups of data is studied. Based on the main influencing factors of subgrade deflection, the influence of compaction, moisture content and soil particle CBR on deflection is analyzed through theoretical analysis and engineering test. The influence degree of compaction, moisture content and soil particle CBR on subgrade deflection is determined, and the influencing factors of roadbed deflection are fully explained according to the result of engineering practice. The results of BB detection and FWD detection of high speed project test section are processed, and the conversion relationship is established, which accords with similar engineering or closer to the actual situation. In the test result of high speed project test section, the value of FWD is less than BB value, and the FWD value is less than BB value. The possible reason that the FWD value is smaller than the BB value is explained. The relationship between subgrade deflection and subgrade material, the influencing factors of correlation coefficient R, and the difference of deflection values in different lanes are analyzed, and the law of numerical variation of test results is discussed. The problems existed during the experiment are explained and some suggestions are put forward. The time domain and frequency domain analysis methods are used in the FWD numerical analysis, and the dynamic characteristics of the subgrade are studied. By describing the numerical values in time domain and frequency domain, the variation characteristics of dynamic load and dynamic deflection with frequency and the response of roadbed under dynamic load are obtained.
