城市地鐵復(fù)雜環(huán)境下盾構(gòu)施工質(zhì)量控制研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟實力的不斷提高,為了緩解日益增長的交通壓力,地鐵的施工在諸多城市建設(shè)發(fā)展中扮演著重要角色。由于地鐵線路的規(guī)劃施工滯后于城市的發(fā)展速度,因此造成現(xiàn)階段的地鐵施工中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)新建地鐵線路為不得不穿越既有市政橋梁、管線的現(xiàn)象,同時為避讓某些特大風(fēng)險源而出現(xiàn)隧道小凈間距或小半徑施工的狀況。對于既有市政橋梁、市政管線、城市建(構(gòu))筑物,在規(guī)劃階段進行地鐵線路選線時應(yīng)盡量繞避,以保證既有和新建結(jié)構(gòu)的安全,避免出現(xiàn)小半徑、小間距及穿越地面構(gòu)筑物等復(fù)雜條件下的盾構(gòu)施工。但是在條件苛刻,空間局促的情況下,新建地鐵線路在復(fù)雜條件下施工在所難免,為保證新建地鐵結(jié)構(gòu)施工安全,我們將地鐵施工中經(jīng)常遇到的穿越地面構(gòu)筑物、小凈間距、小轉(zhuǎn)彎半徑及富水砂層的盾構(gòu)接收作為質(zhì)量控制關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進行研究,以指導(dǎo)今后類似工程的應(yīng)用。本文以鄭州地鐵1號線工程為依托背景,針對盾構(gòu)施工過程中需要通過的1級風(fēng)險源,下穿管線群及因建筑物影響而出現(xiàn)的小凈距施工,通過理論計算提出解決思路,通過技術(shù)措施控制施工質(zhì)量,通過監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)反應(yīng)質(zhì)量控制情況。合理的質(zhì)量控制措施為鄭州地鐵今后遇到類似工程起到指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of our country's economic strength, subway construction plays an important role in the development of many cities in order to alleviate the increasing traffic pressure. As the planning and construction of subway lines lag behind the speed of urban development, the phenomenon that new subway lines have to cross existing municipal bridges and pipelines often appears in the subway construction at the present stage. At the same time, in order to avoid some extraordinarily large risk sources, the tunnel with small net spacing or small radius construction occurs. For the existing municipal bridges, municipal pipelines, urban construction (construction) buildings, in the planning stage of subway line selection should be as far as possible around, in order to ensure the safety of existing and new structures, to avoid the occurrence of small radius, Shield construction under complex conditions such as small spacing and crossing ground structures. However, in the case of harsh conditions and limited space, it is inevitable that new subway lines will be constructed under complex conditions. In order to ensure the safety of the construction of new subway structures, we will often meet the subways through the ground structures, with small net spacing, in order to ensure the safety of the construction of the new subway structures. The small turning radius and shield receiving of water-rich sand layer are studied as the key technology of quality control to guide the application of similar projects in the future. In this paper, based on Zhengzhou Metro Line 1 project, the author puts forward the solution through theoretical calculation in view of the first grade risk source, the lower pipeline group and the small net distance construction caused by the influence of the building, which need to be passed in the course of shield tunneling construction. The construction quality is controlled through technical measures, and the quality control of data response is monitored. Reasonable quality control measures will guide Zhengzhou Metro to meet similar projects in the future.
