【摘要】：為更準確地控制施工質(zhì)量,并進一步提高水泥碎石的路用性能,系統(tǒng)研究了振動成型方式下的水泥碎石最大干密度、無側(cè)限抗壓強度、抗裂能力、彎拉強度及抗疲勞能力等,并與靜壓成型結(jié)果進行了對比.同時將現(xiàn)場芯樣的無側(cè)限抗壓強度及壓實程度與室內(nèi)試驗結(jié)果進行對比,以驗證室內(nèi)成型方式的合理性.結(jié)果表明,振動成型能夠更有效地模擬現(xiàn)場碾壓方式,采用振動成型設(shè)計的水泥碎石路用性能有較大幅度的提高,采用振動成型設(shè)計標準控制水泥碎石基層施工更為合理.
[Abstract]:In order to control the construction quality more accurately and further improve the road performance of cement macadam, the maximum dry density, unconfined compressive strength, crack resistance, flexural tensile strength and fatigue resistance of cement macadam under vibration molding are systematically studied. The results are compared with the results of hydrostatic molding. At the same time, the unconfined compressive strength and compaction degree of the core samples were compared with the results of laboratory tests to verify the rationality of the indoor molding method. The results show that vibration molding can more effectively simulate the field compaction mode, the road performance of cement crushed stone designed by vibration molding can be greatly improved, and it is more reasonable to use vibration forming design standard to control the construction of cement macadam base course.
