寒冷地區(qū)耐久性瀝青混凝土路面材料組成設(shè)計(jì)與性能研究

【摘要】:本文主要針對(duì)我國寒冷地區(qū)瀝青混凝土路面的常見病害,開裂和老化進(jìn)行了研究,并分析其成因及機(jī)理。為了解決此類地區(qū)瀝青混凝土路面的開裂和老化問題,對(duì)瀝青混合料的材料組成設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,并研究其路用性能。結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)氐臍夂蛱卣?選擇在寒冷地區(qū)廣泛應(yīng)用的懸浮密實(shí)型瀝青混合料AC-13作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)馬歇爾設(shè)計(jì)方法中瀝青用量的確定方法進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。由于寒冷地區(qū)海拔較高,紫外線照射較為強(qiáng)烈,該類地區(qū)瀝青老化現(xiàn)象非常嚴(yán)重。為此,本文在研究瀝青混合料低溫性能時(shí),分別采用基質(zhì)及經(jīng)過了短期老化和長期老化的瀝青混合料作為研究對(duì)象,研究瀝青混合料老化狀態(tài)同低溫性能之間的關(guān)系。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,瀝青混合料的低溫抗裂性受長期老化的影響較大,綜合比較各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)發(fā)現(xiàn),宜采用低溫彎曲破壞而產(chǎn)生的應(yīng)變能密度臨界值衰減速率,作為瀝青混合料老化后的低溫抗裂性的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。最后,在寒冷地區(qū)施工的道路,改性熱拌瀝青混合料的施工溫度要求普遍較高,在較低環(huán)境溫度下施工和易性變差,容易導(dǎo)致路面的早期開裂。摻加PRLT的瀝青混合料能夠使施工溫度降低至130℃左右,具有較好的高溫穩(wěn)定性、低溫抗裂性及水穩(wěn)定性,是解決寒冷地區(qū)熱拌瀝青混合料施工問題的有效措施。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the common diseases, cracking and aging of asphalt concrete pavement in cold area of China are studied, and its causes and mechanism are analyzed. In order to solve the problem of cracking and aging of asphalt concrete pavement in this area, the material composition design of asphalt mixture is optimized and its road performance is studied. Based on the local climate characteristics, the AC-13 of suspended dense asphalt mixture, which is widely used in cold regions, is selected as the research object, and the determination method of asphalt content in Marshall design method is optimized. Because of the high altitude and strong ultraviolet radiation in the cold area, the aging phenomenon of asphalt in this area is very serious. Therefore, in order to study the low-temperature performance of asphalt mixture, the relationship between the aging state of asphalt mixture and the low-temperature performance is studied by using the matrix and the asphalt mixture after short-term aging and long-term aging as the research object. The test results show that the low temperature crack resistance of asphalt mixture is greatly affected by long-term aging. Compared with each performance index, it is found that the critical value of strain energy density caused by low temperature bending failure should be used. As an evaluation index of low temperature crack resistance of asphalt mixture after aging. Finally, the construction temperature of the modified hot mix asphalt mixture is generally higher than that of the road in the cold area, and the construction and ease of construction under the lower ambient temperature will easily lead to the early cracking of the pavement.
