天津?yàn)I海新區(qū)港塘路改造工程設(shè)計(jì)關(guān)鍵問題研究

【摘要】:濱海新區(qū)作為天津經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的增長極,為確保其持續(xù)快速發(fā)展,,必須完善市政基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)。港塘路改造可以更好地加強(qiáng)濱海新區(qū)的兩大主要城區(qū)—大港區(qū)和塘沽區(qū)快速聯(lián)系,因此港塘路改造工程的建設(shè)勢(shì)在必行。 本文基于天津市濱海新區(qū)2005-2020年總體規(guī)劃和港塘路規(guī)劃,通過對(duì)2030年港塘路交通量進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)和服務(wù)水平分析,以及考慮周邊地塊的開發(fā)建設(shè)時(shí)序安排、土地規(guī)劃性質(zhì)等因素,確定了近期實(shí)施橫斷面布置為雙向六車道、非機(jī)動(dòng)車道和人行道暫不實(shí)施的橫斷面設(shè)計(jì)方案;充分調(diào)研道路網(wǎng)及周邊建筑物等現(xiàn)狀,通過方案分析比較,確定了經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的平面方案和節(jié)點(diǎn)立交方案;通過對(duì)既有路的破損調(diào)查,并根據(jù)彎沉檢測(cè)結(jié)果,在計(jì)算分析的基礎(chǔ)上了確定了路面結(jié)構(gòu)補(bǔ)強(qiáng)厚度為36cm,并制定了舊路補(bǔ)強(qiáng)方案和相應(yīng)的施工措施;通過4個(gè)方案的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)比選,最終確定取土坑路段采用加筋土換填和擋土墻方案,并通過沉降觀測(cè)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了方案的可行性。
[Abstract]:Binhai New area is the growth pole of Tianjin's economic development. In order to ensure its sustainable and rapid development, it is necessary to perfect municipal infrastructure construction. The reconstruction of Gangtang Road can better strengthen the rapid connection between Dagang District and Tanggu District, the two main urban areas of Binhai New area, so the construction of Gangtang Road Reconstruction Project is imperative. Based on the overall plan of Tianjin Binhai New area 2005-2020 and the planning of Port Tanglu, this paper analyzes the traffic volume and service level of Port Tanglu in 2030, and takes into account the timing of development and construction of surrounding plots, the nature of land planning, and so on. The cross section design scheme which is arranged as six lanes in two directions and not implemented in non-motorized lanes and sidewalks in the near future is determined. Through the analysis and comparison of the road network and the surrounding buildings, the economic and reasonable plan and the node interchange scheme are determined. Based on the investigation of the damage of the existing road and the results of deflection detection, the reinforcement thickness of the pavement structure is determined to be 36 cm on the basis of calculation and analysis, and the reinforcement scheme of the old road and the corresponding construction measures are worked out. Through the technical and economic comparison of the four schemes, the scheme of reinforced earth replacement and retaining wall is determined and the feasibility of the scheme is verified by the settlement observation results.
