圓鋼管再生混凝土構(gòu)件抗側(cè)向沖擊性能試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:為了給鋼管混凝土拱橋的設(shè)計(jì)與施工提供參考,針對鋼管混凝土拱橋中可以采用的鋼管再生混凝土,考慮再生混凝土粗骨料取代率、落錘高度和軸壓荷載等因素的影響,進(jìn)行了側(cè)向沖擊荷載作用下兩端嵌固圓鋼管再生混凝土構(gòu)件的試驗(yàn)研究。考察了再生混凝土粗骨料取代率、量綱一的初始動能和軸壓比對圓鋼管再生混凝土構(gòu)件抗側(cè)向沖擊性能的影響,并比較其與圓鋼管普通混凝土構(gòu)件的差異。研究結(jié)果表明:側(cè)向沖擊荷載作用下圓鋼管再生混凝土構(gòu)件具有較好的力學(xué)性能;試件的最終形狀呈"V"字形,且跨中殘余位移隨量綱一的初始動能的增加而顯著增大。
[Abstract]:In order to provide reference for the design and construction of concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) arch bridge, considering the influence of the ratio of coarse aggregate replacement of recycled concrete, the height of drop weight and axial compression load, etc. The experimental study of recycled concrete members with circular steel tube embedded at both ends under lateral impact load was carried out. The effects of the ratio of coarse aggregate substitution of recycled concrete, the initial kinetic energy of dimension one and the axial compression ratio on lateral impact resistance of recycled concrete filled steel tubular members were investigated, and the differences between them and those of ordinary concrete filled circular steel tube members were compared. The results show that the recycled concrete-filled circular steel tube members have better mechanical properties under lateral impact loading, and the final shape of the specimen is "V" shape, and the residual displacement in the span increases significantly with the increase of initial kinetic energy of dimension one.
