【摘要】：甩掛運輸相對于傳統(tǒng)的定掛運輸具有成本低、效率高等優(yōu)點，已經(jīng)成為道路運輸業(yè)發(fā)展的必然趨勢。奧海公司在復雜的競爭與市場環(huán)境下，，將擴大瀝青甩掛運輸?shù)囊?guī)模，提高運輸效率以降低企業(yè)運營成本。本文對奧海公司甩掛運輸實施方案進行設計，為企業(yè)甩掛運輸站場建設的實施提供依據(jù)。 本文在分析國內外以及企業(yè)甩掛運輸發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎上，預測奧海公司的瀝青甩掛運輸貨運量，設計奧海公司甩掛運輸實施方案。首先，對甩掛運輸?shù)幕靖拍詈托问竭M行描述，明確了甩掛運輸?shù)奈锪鞯匚唬⒔榻B了貨運量預測的基本方法和理論；其次，對奧海公司瀝青的甩掛運輸貨運量進行預測；再次，根據(jù)奧海公司的發(fā)展要求，設計甩掛運輸實施方案，內容主要包括甩掛運輸工作要求、甩掛運輸組織流程、站場建設計劃、站場建設的資金投入和籌措、站場建設的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益分析，并提出了保障建設方案實施的政策建議；最后，對全文進行總結。
[Abstract]:Compared with the traditional fixed hanging transport, swing and hanging transport has the advantages of low cost and high efficiency, and has become an inevitable trend of the development of road transportation industry. In the complex competition and market environment, the company will expand the scale of asphalt transport, improve the efficiency of transportation to reduce the operating costs of enterprises. In this paper, the implementation scheme of Aohai company is designed, which provides the basis for the construction of the transportation yard. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the domestic and international and the enterprises, this paper predicts the volume of the asphalt hoisting transportation of the Aohai Company, and designs the implementation scheme of the dumping and hanging transportation of the Aohai Company. Firstly, it describes the basic concept and form of swing and hang transportation, clarifies the logistics status of swing and hang transportation, and introduces the basic method and theory of freight volume prediction. Thirdly, according to the development requirements of Aohai Company, the design and implementation scheme of swing and hang transportation is designed, which mainly includes the requirements of transportation work, the flow of transport organization, the construction plan of station yard, the capital investment and financing of station construction. The economic and social benefits of the construction of the station are analyzed, and the policy suggestions to ensure the implementation of the construction scheme are put forward. Finally, the full text is summarized.
