基于灰關(guān)聯(lián)熵分析法的高粘改性瀝青關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)

【摘要】:為了研究高粘改性瀝青關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)對(duì)排水瀝青混合料性能的影響,選取SBS改性瀝青、TPS高粘改性瀝青和自主研制高粘改性瀝青,采用灰關(guān)聯(lián)熵分析法,分析了高粘改性瀝青多種指標(biāo)對(duì)排水瀝青混合料高溫抗車(chē)轍能力和抗水損害能力的影響。結(jié)果表明:高粘改性瀝青混合料的動(dòng)穩(wěn)定度和劈裂強(qiáng)度比分別為SBS改性瀝青混合料的2倍和1.2倍,因此能顯著增強(qiáng)排水瀝青混合料的高溫以及水穩(wěn)性能。瀝青的零剪切粘度與混合料動(dòng)穩(wěn)定度的灰熵關(guān)聯(lián)度為0.983,對(duì)排水瀝青混合料的高溫性能影響最大;瀝青的粘韌性、韌性與混合料劈裂強(qiáng)度比的灰熵關(guān)聯(lián)度分別0.991和0.989,對(duì)排水瀝青混合料的水穩(wěn)性能影響顯著。建議采用瀝青的60℃零剪切粘度、粘韌性和韌性作為評(píng)價(jià)高粘改性瀝青的關(guān)鍵性指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of key indexes of high viscosity modified asphalt on the performance of drainage asphalt mixture, SBS modified asphalt, TPS high viscosity modified asphalt and self-developed high viscosity modified asphalt were selected, and grey correlation entropy analysis method was used. The effects of various indexes of high viscosity modified asphalt on high temperature rutting resistance and water damage resistance of drainage asphalt mixture are analyzed. The results show that the ratio of dynamic stability and splitting strength of high viscosity modified asphalt mixture is 2 times and 1.2 times of that of SBS modified asphalt mixture respectively. The grey entropy correlation between the zero shear viscosity of asphalt and the dynamic stability of the mixture is 0.983, which has the greatest influence on the high temperature performance of the drainage asphalt mixture. The grey entropy correlation degree of the ratio of viscosity toughness and splitting strength of asphalt mixture is 0.991 and 0.989 respectively which has a significant effect on the water stability of drainage asphalt mixture.
