鋼桁—砼組合連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋墩梁聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)造研究

【摘要】:本文根據(jù)周志祥教授承擔(dān)的交通運(yùn)輸部建設(shè)科技項(xiàng)目“特大跨鋼桁-砼組合連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋建設(shè)基礎(chǔ)理論研究”,依托廣州青歧涌大橋的設(shè)計(jì)工作,開展了鋼桁-砼組合連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋墩梁聯(lián)結(jié)部位受力特征及構(gòu)造設(shè)計(jì)方法研究,主要工作及成果如下: ①針對(duì)依托工程建立了空間桿系有限元模型,對(duì)鋼桁-砼組合連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)造特點(diǎn)及受力性能展開分析,得到了成橋階段不同正常使用荷載組合工況下墩梁聯(lián)結(jié)部位的受力特點(diǎn)以及使得墩梁聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)造承受最大水平推力的荷載組合工況; ②根據(jù)墩梁聯(lián)結(jié)受力特點(diǎn),提出了槽鋼錨固方案、嵌入式牛腿錨固方案和預(yù)埋件錨固方案三種墩梁聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)造設(shè)計(jì)方案,分別從構(gòu)造特點(diǎn)、受力性能、施工技術(shù)等方面進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,推薦采用預(yù)埋件錨固方案作為青歧涌大橋墩梁聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)造方案; ③針對(duì)推薦的墩梁聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)造方案,建立實(shí)體有限元模型,對(duì)墩梁聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)造各傳力構(gòu)件細(xì)部力學(xué)特征進(jìn)行了精細(xì)化分析,得到了墩梁連接構(gòu)造各部分的力學(xué)行為特征; ④根據(jù)預(yù)埋件錨固方案的受力特征,分析了聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)造破壞形態(tài),針對(duì)性地探討了聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)造中的豎向受力構(gòu)件和水平向受力構(gòu)件設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)算方法,,并對(duì)部分細(xì)部構(gòu)造尺寸進(jìn)行了力學(xué)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。 本文的研究成果將為鋼桁-砼組合連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋墩梁聯(lián)結(jié)部位的構(gòu)造設(shè)計(jì)提供一定參考,為鋼桁-砼組合連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋進(jìn)一步推廣和運(yùn)用創(chuàng)造有利條件。
[Abstract]:According to Professor Zhou Zhixiang's scientific and technological project of construction of Ministry of Communications and Transport, "basic theory research on the construction of steel truss-concrete composite continuous rigid frame bridge", this paper relies on the design work of Guangzhou Qingqiong Bridge. The stress characteristics and structural design method of piers and beams of steel truss concrete composite continuous rigid frame bridge are studied. The main work and results are as follows: 1 the finite element model of spatial bar system is established for supporting engineering. The structural characteristics and mechanical properties of steel truss concrete composite continuous rigid frame bridge are analyzed. The stress characteristics of pier and beam connection under different normal load combination conditions and the load combination conditions which make the pier and beam joint structure bear the maximum horizontal thrust in the bridge stage are obtained. 2 according to the stress characteristics of pier and beam connection, three kinds of structural design schemes of pier beam connection are put forward, which are channel steel anchoring scheme, embedded corbel anchoring scheme and embedded member anchoring scheme. The construction technology is compared and analyzed, and it is recommended that the anchoring scheme of embedded piece should be used as the connection scheme of Qingqiong bridge pier and beam. (3) in view of the recommended structure scheme of pier and beam connection, the solid finite element model is established, and the mechanical characteristics of each load transfer component of pier beam connection structure are analyzed in detail, and the mechanical behavior characteristics of each part of pier beam connection structure are obtained. (4) according to the stress characteristics of anchoring scheme of embedded parts, the failure form of connection structure is analyzed, and the design and calculation methods of vertical and horizontal bearing members in connection structure are discussed. The mechanical optimization design of some detail structural dimensions is also carried out. The research results in this paper will provide a certain reference for the structural design of pier-beam connection of steel truss concrete composite continuous rigid frame bridge and create favorable conditions for further popularization and application of steel truss concrete composite continuous rigid frame bridge.
