焊接殘余應(yīng)力對(duì)帶U形肋橋面板疲勞強(qiáng)度影響的研究
[Abstract]:Steel bridge panel has been widely used in bridges at home and abroad for its advantages of light weight and high bearing limit. In general, the bridge deck is connected by welding seam, which reduces the safety performance of the bridge, and is an important part of the bridge, and the residual stress caused by the residual stress decreases the safety performance of the structure, at the same time, it is an important part of the bridge. The bridge deck still bears the repeated load of the vehicle at all times. Therefore, the accurate simulation of the residual stress between steel bridge panels and the analysis of its influence on fatigue strength can provide a reference for prolonging the service life of the bridge and improving the bearing capacity and safety of the structure. In this paper, the residual stress and fatigue strength of steel bridge face with U-shaped rib under different welding conditions are analyzed by ANSYS,. The model of bridge deck with U-shaped rib is established by taking the actual project as an example. The residual stress field of welding seam under different welding process conditions is simulated and analyzed by APDL language, and the distribution law and size change of each residual stress curve are compared and analyzed. Finally, it is found that the residual stress after welding increases with the increase of welding speed. Reducing welding current and voltage or changing automatic submerged arc welding to carbon dioxide gas shielded welding will reduce the residual stress after welding. The distribution of welding residual stress is similar to that of welding process condition. By referring to a large number of references, the fatigue life analysis methods of various steel bridges are compared and analyzed. The key problems of fatigue load simulation loading, fatigue failure point confirmation, rain flow counting method, S-N curve and so on are systematically evaluated. Finally, the fatigue failure point and fatigue life of the bridge slab with U-rib under the condition of residual stress or not are confirmed by the actual loading simulation of the model. The influence of welding residual stress on the fatigue life of the structure is determined by the final comparative analysis. The simulation of this paper can provide reference for optimizing structure and improving welding process to improve the service life of steel bridge.
