【摘要】：工程項(xiàng)目管理是指組織運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)工程的觀點(diǎn)、理論和方法對工程項(xiàng)目周期內(nèi)的所有工作進(jìn)行計(jì)劃、組織、指揮、協(xié)調(diào)和控制的過程。工程項(xiàng)目管理的核心任務(wù)是控制項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)，即:質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度、造價(jià)。 公路工程也已廣泛推行項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)制的項(xiàng)目管理。管理在公路項(xiàng)目中具有至關(guān)重要的作用，管理的好壞不僅關(guān)系到公路工程的質(zhì)量，而且關(guān)系到公路工程在以后使用中的壽命及維護(hù)。自從公路工程引進(jìn)項(xiàng)目管理方法以來，國內(nèi)外大量的研究機(jī)構(gòu)、科研人員進(jìn)行了大量的相關(guān)研究，取得了豐碩的研究成果。而且，研究還在繼續(xù)進(jìn)行和不斷深入。 當(dāng)然，不同的公路工程項(xiàng)目各不相同，管理的重點(diǎn)也就各不相同。采取的管理方法也須因項(xiàng)目而異。因此，如想把一個(gè)公路項(xiàng)目管理好，必須要根據(jù)項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)采取針對性的項(xiàng)目管理方法和措施，才能取得預(yù)期的管理目標(biāo)和成果。本課題以龍?zhí)稙炒髽蝽?xiàng)目為例，不僅僅局限于常規(guī)項(xiàng)目管理內(nèi)容的研究。而是選取重點(diǎn)并且結(jié)合當(dāng)前實(shí)際進(jìn)行研究，，意義重大。一是對安全管理進(jìn)行全面、深入、細(xì)致的剖析研究，把安全管理作為項(xiàng)目管理的重點(diǎn)來對待：二是對項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理精細(xì)、全面、全過程進(jìn)行，取得良好的效果；三是把管理與科技管理、科技創(chuàng)新結(jié)合起來進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目管理，在項(xiàng)目管理中選取項(xiàng)目的關(guān)鍵工程進(jìn)行科研加管理活動(dòng)，做到緊跟時(shí)代潮流，是本項(xiàng)目工程管理的最大特色。在項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)踐中要做到選取重點(diǎn)、具有很強(qiáng)的針對性。要使項(xiàng)目管理工作取得良好的成果，必須對項(xiàng)目管理的各個(gè)方面做到精心細(xì)致、周到全面、不留任何管理死角。
[Abstract]:Engineering project management refers to the process of organization planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling all work in the project cycle using the viewpoint, theory and method of systems engineering. The core task of project management is to control the project objectives, that is, quality, schedule, cost. Highway engineering has also been widely implemented project manager responsibility system of project management. Management plays an important role in highway projects, and the quality of management is not only related to the quality of highway engineering, but also to the service life and maintenance of highway projects in the future. Since the introduction of project management methods in highway engineering, a large number of research institutions and researchers at home and abroad have carried out a large number of related studies, and have achieved fruitful research results. Moreover, the research continues and deepens. Of course, different highway projects are different, the focus of management is different. The management approach adopted will also vary from project to project. Therefore, if a highway project is to be managed well, it is necessary to adopt targeted project management methods and measures according to the characteristics of the project in order to achieve the expected management objectives and results. This paper takes Longtan Bay Bridge as an example, not only the research of routine project management. It is of great significance to select the key points and carry out research in combination with the current reality. One is to carry on the comprehensive, thorough, meticulous analysis and research to the safety management, regard the safety management as the key point of the project management; second, carry on the fine, comprehensive, whole process to the project quality management, obtain the good result; Third, it is the most characteristic of project management to combine management with science and technology management, and select key projects in project management to carry out scientific research and management activities, so as to keep up with the trend of the times. In the practice of project management, we should select the key points and have strong pertinence. In order to achieve good results in project management, it is necessary to be meticulous, considerate and comprehensive in all aspects of project management without leaving any corner of management.
