熱拌瀝青混合料施工過(guò)程中溫度場(chǎng)變化及質(zhì)量控制

【摘要】:本文以貴州“遵義—赤水”高速公路某項(xiàng)目部承當(dāng)?shù)臑r青路面建設(shè)為對(duì)象,研究熱瀝青混合料施工階段溫度場(chǎng)變化規(guī)律,探討基于溫度場(chǎng)變化的瀝青路面施工過(guò)程的質(zhì)量控制。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: 研究瀝青混合料原材料、瀝青的控制及瀝青混合料級(jí)配設(shè)計(jì),采用馬歇爾實(shí)驗(yàn)的方法設(shè)計(jì)并優(yōu)化了瀝青混合料的級(jí)配,得出在油石比4.6%時(shí)瀝青混合料具有較好特性;分析了瀝青混合料攪拌過(guò)程中的質(zhì)量控制策略,結(jié)果表明,影響出廠瀝青混合料質(zhì)量的有攪拌過(guò)程中的級(jí)配控制及攪拌中的溫度控制,必須嚴(yán)格控制這些因素,才能得到高質(zhì)量的熱瀝青混合料。 對(duì)瀝青混合料施工環(huán)節(jié)中的溫度場(chǎng)變化進(jìn)行了研究,研究表明熱瀝青混合料在180℃出站后,在運(yùn)輸階段、攤鋪階段和壓實(shí)階段是溫度場(chǎng)變化的重要階段。運(yùn)輸階段瀝青在箱體中各個(gè)點(diǎn)的溫度變化不均勻,在箱體偏下部溫度最高;攤鋪后的熱瀝青混合料在其上表面80cm空間形成一個(gè)溫度保護(hù)屏蔽,在攤鋪后15分鐘內(nèi),溫度降低能達(dá)到15℃,,;對(duì)壓實(shí)階段沿路面長(zhǎng)度和鋪層厚度方向的溫度場(chǎng)變化進(jìn)行仿真,結(jié)果表明兩個(gè)方向都形成一個(gè)時(shí)域溫度場(chǎng),應(yīng)依此確定路面壓實(shí)工藝。 基于熱瀝青混合料在施工環(huán)節(jié)中每個(gè)階段的溫度場(chǎng)變化特點(diǎn),分析了瀝青混合料機(jī)械化施工中設(shè)備的特性,優(yōu)化配置了施工的主要設(shè)備及輔助設(shè)備,建立了以溫度為基礎(chǔ)的施工工藝控制方法。 研究以溫度變化為控制要素,在攤鋪階段、壓實(shí)階段的質(zhì)量控制,結(jié)果表明,攤鋪階段的質(zhì)量控制應(yīng)該從振搗器和振動(dòng)裝置入手,結(jié)合實(shí)際溫度調(diào)節(jié)攤鋪機(jī)參數(shù),能取得滿意的預(yù)壓實(shí)度;壓實(shí)過(guò)程中壓實(shí)溫度是壓實(shí)時(shí)間和壓實(shí)遍數(shù)控制的重要依據(jù),允許碾壓時(shí)間決定于混合料出料溫度、攤鋪厚度和環(huán)境溫度;而且攤鋪和壓實(shí)階段溫度控制不理想,同樣會(huì)造成離析產(chǎn)生。
[Abstract]:Taking the construction of asphalt pavement in a project department of Zunyi-Chishui Expressway in Guizhou Province as the object, this paper studies the variation law of temperature field in the construction phase of hot asphalt mixture, and probes into the quality control of asphalt pavement construction process based on the change of temperature field. The main contents are as follows: the raw materials of asphalt mixture, the control of asphalt and the gradation design of asphalt mixture are studied, and the gradation of asphalt mixture is designed and optimized by Marshall experiment. It is concluded that asphalt mixture has better characteristics when the ratio of asphalt to stone is 4.6. The quality control strategy in the mixing process of asphalt mixture is analyzed. The results show that the gradation control in the mixing process and the temperature control in the mixing process, which affect the quality of the asphalt mixture, must be strictly controlled. In order to get high quality hot asphalt mixture. The change of temperature field in the construction of asphalt mixture is studied. The results show that the thermal asphalt mixture is an important stage of temperature field change in transportation stage, spreading stage and compaction stage after leaving the station at 180 鈩
