【摘要】：隨著社會.經(jīng).濟(jì)的不.斷發(fā)展.，城市.交.通問題.日.益突.顯，尤其是在東.部沿海.相.對發(fā)達(dá).的地區(qū).；而隨著我國西.部大開.發(fā)戰(zhàn)略.的實(shí)施，越來越多西部.城.市的城.市交通.發(fā)展.也出現(xiàn).了類似.東部.地.區(qū)的問.題；同時，城市化進(jìn)程的加快，使得城市內(nèi)部.出現(xiàn)了城市.功能.和用.地性質(zhì).不同.的區(qū)域.，導(dǎo)致.不同.區(qū).域間的交.通.特征呈現(xiàn)出越來越明顯的差.異性。在這種社會發(fā)展背景下，城市交通分區(qū)理念應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。本文在查閱國內(nèi)外交通分區(qū)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)、總結(jié).前人.研.究成果.、借.鑒他人.經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基.礎(chǔ)上，通過分析山地城市特征及城市交通交通特征，將聚類方法應(yīng)用到山地城市交通分區(qū)中去，嘗試運(yùn)用選定獲取的指.標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù).對給定.的交通.地圖.進(jìn).行交通.分.區(qū)，具體研究內(nèi)容如下： ①針對當(dāng)前城市交通存在的問題，分析城市交通分區(qū)的必要性；在總結(jié)和借鑒前人研究成果和經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，探討了進(jìn)行城市交通分區(qū)劃分的基本思路； ②對城市交通分區(qū)的技術(shù)方法進(jìn)行探索。在分析常用的交通分區(qū)方法局限性的情況下，探索分析了幾種聚類方法在城市交通分區(qū)中的適應(yīng)性，再綜合比較了各聚類方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上，最終確定了采用灰色聚類算法進(jìn)行城市交通分區(qū)； ③以山地城市為分區(qū)研究對象，對山地城市的城市特征及城市交通特征進(jìn)行了分析，在明確山地城市交通分區(qū)體系構(gòu)建目標(biāo)和原則的基礎(chǔ)上，構(gòu)建完成了山地城市交通分區(qū)體系，并對影響各層面交通分區(qū)的因素進(jìn)行了分析，構(gòu)建了山地城市交通分區(qū)指標(biāo)體系； ④以重慶市南岸區(qū)為例，完成了南岸區(qū)交通分區(qū)的劃分及分類，對不同層次不同類型的交通分區(qū)提出了技術(shù)政策建議。并將分區(qū)結(jié)果與實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行了對比，，對山地城市交通技術(shù)政策進(jìn)行了具體的應(yīng)用。
