鋼管混凝土拱橋拱肋脫空機(jī)理和相關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性影響研究

【摘要】:鋼管混凝土拱橋作為一種常見橋型,具有承載力高、延性好、施工方便等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn),在橋梁建設(shè)中占有重要位置。但在實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用中,該類橋梁也出現(xiàn)諸多問題。其中,拱肋脫空作為最典型病害之一被暴露出來,給拱橋結(jié)構(gòu)受力等各方面性能帶來不利影響。對拱肋脫空機(jī)理分析以及研究脫空對結(jié)構(gòu)的的承載力和穩(wěn)定性的影響,對解決脫空病害,提高結(jié)構(gòu)性能等都具有重要的意義。 對拱肋脫空機(jī)理理論分析需要先確定導(dǎo)致脫空的原因,再對各因素下的脫空進(jìn)行理論推導(dǎo),得到脫空解析值?紤]脫空對結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定性影響,需要先系統(tǒng)理解鋼管混凝土拱橋的受力特性、穩(wěn)定分析理論基礎(chǔ)上,再將拱肋處于完全粘結(jié)狀態(tài)和全脫空狀態(tài)時的結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性性能進(jìn)行對比分析。 論文在提出拱肋脫空概念后,主要研究了鋼管混凝土拱橋脫空產(chǎn)生的原因,并通過平面應(yīng)力理論,推導(dǎo)拱肋界面拉應(yīng)力和脫空高度的計(jì)算公式,,進(jìn)而對各個因素下的脫空機(jī)理進(jìn)行定量分析。以鄭州黃河二橋?yàn)楣こ瘫尘,在?gòu)建鋼管與混凝土粘結(jié)-滑移本構(gòu)模型和采用合理的模擬拱肋方法的基礎(chǔ)上,分別建立完全粘結(jié)和全脫空兩種狀態(tài)下的ANSYS空間有限元模型。對脫空狀態(tài)下的結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性分析的主要內(nèi)容包括拱肋的幾何變形、拱橋結(jié)構(gòu)的失穩(wěn)形態(tài)、穩(wěn)定系數(shù)以及結(jié)構(gòu)的動力特性,并將結(jié)果與完全粘結(jié)狀態(tài)的穩(wěn)定性能作對比。此外,脫空對于拱橋穩(wěn)定性影響與拱肋含鋼率、孔洞率和脫空位置等參數(shù)有關(guān)。本文采用有限元分析方法對這些因素做具體分析,為以后解決鋼管混凝土脫空問題提供參考和依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge, as a common bridge type, has many advantages such as high bearing capacity, good ductility, convenient construction and so on, so it occupies an important position in bridge construction. But in the practical engineering application, this kind of bridge also has many problems. As one of the most typical diseases, arch rib detachment is exposed, which has adverse effects on the performance of arch bridge structure. It is of great significance to analyze the mechanism of arch rib cavitation and to study the influence of the void on the bearing capacity and stability of the structure. It is of great significance to solve the void disease and improve the performance of the structure. For the theoretical analysis of the mechanism of arch rib void, it is necessary to determine the cause of the void first, and then to deduce the void under various factors, and obtain the void analytic value. Considering the influence of emptying on the stability of the structure, it is necessary to systematically understand the mechanical characteristics of concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge, and based on the stability analysis theory, Then the stability of arch rib in the state of complete bond and full detachment is compared and analyzed. After putting forward the concept of arch rib void, this paper mainly studies the causes of the void of concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge, and deduces the formula of the tension stress and the height of void in the arch rib interface through the plane stress theory. Furthermore, the mechanism of void removal under various factors is quantitatively analyzed. Based on the construction of bond-slip constitutive model of steel pipe and concrete and the reasonable method of simulating arch rib, the ANSYS spatial finite element model under two conditions of complete bond and total void is established. The main contents of structural stability analysis under void condition include geometric deformation of arch rib, instability form of arch bridge structure, stability coefficient and dynamic characteristics of structure. The results are compared with that of complete bond state. In addition, the influence of void on the stability of arch bridge is related to the steel content of arch rib, the porosity and the location of void. In this paper, the finite element analysis method is used to analyze these factors in order to provide reference and basis for solving the problem of concrete filled steel tubular (CFST) voids in the future.
