路面病害評價體系和處治措施優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:自上個世紀八十年代初,至今我國的公路事業(yè)已取得了跨越式的飛進,特別是在瀝青公路領(lǐng)域,達到了前所未有的巨大增長。但是在瀝青路面公路高速發(fā)展的同時,路面也長期經(jīng)受著環(huán)境、氣候的考驗;車輛的軸載負荷碾壓以及雨雪冰雹的侵蝕破壞等等。隨著這些因素誕生了道路路面的一系列病害,出現(xiàn)了類似裂縫、車轍、沉陷等病害類型。這些影響因素不但使得道路質(zhì)量下滑嚴重,對行車舒適性和安全性有很大的影響;而且極度地使公路基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)的投資效益受到損失。所以當前瀝青路面的病害管理和養(yǎng)護維修成為了一個重大的研究課題。 本文針對此項課題,對于瀝青路面的使用性能做了細致的研究,主要研究了此領(lǐng)域兩個重要的問題,分別是路面的使用性能評價方法研究和路面病害養(yǎng)護決策的優(yōu)化問題。首先比較系統(tǒng)的歸納總結(jié)了木前路面病害管理系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀和一些重要的科研成果;其次,簡要地介紹了常用的路面病害檢測的儀器以及檢測的項木和評價指標。由于鑒于傳統(tǒng)的單項統(tǒng)計分析和多元線性統(tǒng)計回歸分析建立起來的評價體系有著不足之處,其很難反應(yīng)出高度復(fù)雜化的非線性關(guān)系,所以本文通過基于BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)方法建立了路面性能的綜合評價模型和加權(quán)方法,來對路面的使用性能進行評價;本文對路面的綜合使用性能評價,采用了幾何加權(quán)平均的方法進行計算,避免了指標之間好壞互補的問題,從而能更加真實地反映出路面的狀況,具有一定的實踐意義。在路面病害處治及養(yǎng)護管理方面,對病害提出了相應(yīng)的處治措施并建立了瀝青路面的養(yǎng)護決策優(yōu)化模型;并針對多個對象決策問題的本文采用加權(quán)算法的偏差平方和最小的的方法來對道路的養(yǎng)護維修決策進行優(yōu)先排序。最后在通過工程實例的對比檢驗達到驗證理論的作用。 現(xiàn)在對瀝青路面使用性能的評價方法研究一直在不斷進步和創(chuàng)新的過程中,本文對路面病害管理系統(tǒng)評價和病害處治做了綜合的分析和評價,對于以后的瀝青路面管理和養(yǎng)護理論研究有一定程度的參考作用。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the eighties of last century, China's highway industry has made leaps and bounds, especially in the field of asphalt highway, has reached an unprecedented huge growth. However, with the rapid development of asphalt pavement highway, the pavement also stands the test of environment and climate for a long time, the axle load of vehicle rolling and the erosion and destruction of rain, snow and hail, and so on. Along with these factors, a series of road surface diseases appeared, such as cracks, ruts, subsidence and so on. These influencing factors not only make the road quality decline seriously and have a great influence on the driving comfort and safety, but also make the investment benefit of highway infrastructure extremely lose. Therefore, the current asphalt pavement disease management and maintenance has become a major research topic. In this paper, the performance of asphalt pavement has been studied in detail, and two important problems in this field, namely, the evaluation method of pavement performance and the optimization of pavement maintenance decision, have been studied. Firstly, the research status and some important scientific achievements of wood front pavement disease management system are summarized systematically. Secondly, the commonly used instruments for pavement disease detection, the items of wood and evaluation indexes are briefly introduced. In view of the shortcomings of the traditional evaluation system based on single statistical analysis and multivariate linear statistical regression analysis, it is difficult to reflect the highly complex nonlinear relationship. So this paper establishes the comprehensive evaluation model and weighted method of pavement performance based on BP neural network method to evaluate the pavement performance. In this paper, the method of geometric weighted average is used to evaluate the comprehensive performance of pavement, which avoids the problem of good or bad complementation between indexes, and thus can reflect the condition of pavement more truthfully, which has certain practical significance. In the aspect of pavement disease treatment and maintenance management, the corresponding treatment measures are put forward and the maintenance decision optimization model of asphalt pavement is established. In this paper, the method of minimum sum of deviation square of weighted algorithm is used to prioritize the maintenance and repair decision of roads. Finally, through the comparative test of engineering examples to verify the role of the theory. Now the research on the evaluation method of asphalt pavement performance has been in the process of continuous progress and innovation. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis and evaluation on pavement disease management system evaluation and disease treatment. For the future asphalt pavement management and maintenance theory research has a certain degree of reference.
