【摘要】：大粒徑瀝青穩(wěn)定碎石混合料具有良好的防止反射裂縫和抗車(chē)轍能力，主要用于瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)的基層，國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)大粒徑瀝青混合料應(yīng)用于瀝青路面下面層的研究尚處于初步階段，本論文對(duì)瀝青穩(wěn)定碎石混合料（ATB-30）應(yīng)用于瀝青路面下面層的技術(shù)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的研究。 本論文分析研究了瀝青混合料的結(jié)構(gòu)特性、強(qiáng)度形成機(jī)理，針對(duì)某高速公路，，提出了ATB-30原材料的技術(shù)性能要求，采用大型馬歇爾試驗(yàn)法對(duì)ATB-30進(jìn)行配合比設(shè)計(jì)，并對(duì)所選級(jí)配對(duì)應(yīng)的瀝青混合料，進(jìn)行車(chē)轍試驗(yàn)以及水穩(wěn)定性試驗(yàn)等。通過(guò)分析比較，提出了ATB-30下面層綜合性能最優(yōu)的生產(chǎn)配合比結(jié)果，以《公路瀝青路面施工技術(shù)規(guī)范》（JTG F40-2004）為依據(jù)，從施工準(zhǔn)備、瀝青混合料的拌和、運(yùn)輸、攤鋪、碾壓以及接縫處理等方面對(duì)大粒徑瀝青穩(wěn)定碎石（ATB-30）下面層的施工技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,提出了瀝青穩(wěn)定碎石混合料下面層的施工技術(shù)方案以及施工質(zhì)量控制體系。
[Abstract]:The asphalt stabilized macadam mixture with large particle size has good ability to prevent reflection crack and resist rutting, which is mainly used in the base course of asphalt pavement structure. The research on the application of large size asphalt mixture to the lower layer of asphalt pavement is still in the initial stage in our country. In this paper, the technology of asphalt stabilized macadam mixture (ATB-30) applied to asphalt pavement underlayer is studied in detail. In this paper, the structure characteristics and strength forming mechanism of asphalt mixture are analyzed and studied. Aiming at a freeway, the technical performance requirements of ATB-30 raw materials are put forward, and the mix ratio of ATB-30 is designed by using large-scale Marshall test method. Rutting test and water stability test were carried out for asphalt mixture corresponding to the selected gradation. Through analysis and comparison, this paper puts forward the optimum production mix ratio result of the comprehensive performance of ATB-30 underlayer, based on the Technical Specification for Highway Asphalt pavement Construction (JTG F40-2004), from the aspects of construction preparation, mixing, transportation and spreading of asphalt mixture, In the aspects of rolling and joint treatment, the construction technology of ATB-30 lower layer is studied, and the construction technology scheme and construction quality control system of asphalt stabilized macadam mixture are put forward.
