高性能雙層碎石封層用于干線公路瀝青面層的技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代公路瀝青混凝土路面的發(fā)展對(duì)道路的使用性能提出了越來(lái)越高的要求,不僅要求滿足交通通行這一基本條件,更需要安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)、舒適的功能和使用品質(zhì),以及良好的耐久性。我國(guó)許多地區(qū)的干線公路瀝青路面,由于受到原材料和工程造價(jià)的影響,路面的一些性能得不到保證,容易出現(xiàn)剝落、坑槽等水損害、路面抗滑性能往往衰減較快。為此,本文開展高性能雙層碎石封層用于干線公路瀝青面層的技術(shù)研究。 針對(duì)碎石封層在使用過(guò)程容易出現(xiàn)的脫落掉粒、泛油變形等病害,以及行車舒適性較差的缺點(diǎn),研究中采用雙層碎石封層作為干線公路瀝青的上面層,并且對(duì)雙層碎石封層的一些路用性能進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化。首先對(duì)雙層碎石封層上下層石料的配伍性進(jìn)行研究,選擇下層石料粒徑較大,上層粒徑較小,使得上層石料能夠較好的填充并嵌擠在下層石料形成的空隙之間,路面平整度較好,其行車舒適性和耐久性也可得到提升。然后通過(guò)理論計(jì)算得到不同粒徑石料對(duì)應(yīng)所需瀝青的用量,通過(guò)試鋪法得到每檔石料的用量,在此基礎(chǔ)上調(diào)整瀝青和石料的用量制定試驗(yàn)方案,采用掃刷試驗(yàn)以掃刷石料的脫落率來(lái)得到初步的石料和瀝青用量。 對(duì)雙層碎石封層上下層材料組成設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了研究,根據(jù)不同的試驗(yàn)指標(biāo)制定相應(yīng)的試驗(yàn)方案,通過(guò)一系列路用性能試驗(yàn),包括:高溫性能試驗(yàn)、低溫性能試驗(yàn)、水穩(wěn)定性試驗(yàn)、抗滑試驗(yàn)等,確定了雙層碎石封層的材料組成。在理論分析及試驗(yàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了基于路用性能的雙層碎石封層多指標(biāo)控制體系:以高溫車轍試驗(yàn)作為泛油的控制指標(biāo),以掃刷試驗(yàn)、浸水試驗(yàn)、低溫試驗(yàn)的集料脫落率作為粘附性能控制指標(biāo),以抗滑擺值作為抗滑性指標(biāo),以滲水系數(shù)作為排水性指標(biāo)。 通過(guò)對(duì)上層石料進(jìn)行瀝青預(yù)裹覆并摻加不同目數(shù)(8目、16目、30目)的橡膠顆粒,,以進(jìn)一步提高其高溫性能,同時(shí)使得上層的粘結(jié)性更好,通過(guò)車轍試驗(yàn)、掃刷試驗(yàn)等對(duì)比分析,得出摻量為上層石料質(zhì)量2%的16目橡膠顆粒雙層碎石封層綜合路用性能最佳,路面的防水和排水效果均較好,路面抗滑性能滿足要求,且橡膠顆粒的阻尼特性能夠起到減振降噪的效果,進(jìn)一步提高行車舒適性。通過(guò)對(duì)比4cm瀝青混合料面層的造價(jià),摻加橡膠顆粒的雙層碎石封層有較好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,值得今后的推廣。
[Abstract]:The development of modern highway asphalt concrete pavement has put forward more and more high requirements for the performance of the road, not only to meet the basic conditions of traffic passage, but also to have safe, economical, comfortable function and service quality. And good durability. Due to the influence of raw materials and engineering cost, some properties of asphalt pavement of trunk highway in many areas of our country can not be guaranteed, and it is easy to appear spalling, pothole and other water damage, and the anti-skid performance of pavement tends to decline quickly. In this paper, the high-performance double-layer macadam seal is applied to the asphalt surface of trunk highway. In view of the defects such as shedding and grain loss, oil flooding and poor driving comfort, the double gravel seal is used as the top layer of asphalt in the main road. At the same time, some road performance of double-layer gravel seal are optimized. First of all, the compatibility of the upper and lower layers of stone is studied. The lower stone is larger in size and smaller in the upper layer, so that the upper stone can be better filled and embedded between the pores formed by the lower stone. Pavement smoothness is good, its driving comfort and durability can also be improved. Then the amount of asphalt corresponding to different particle sizes of stone is obtained by theoretical calculation, and the amount of each grade of stone is obtained by trial paving method. On this basis, the amount of asphalt and stone is adjusted to make the test plan. The primary amount of stone and bitumen was obtained by brushing test in order to sweep the shedding rate of stone. The composition design of upper and lower layer material of double layer stone seal layer was studied. According to different test indexes, the corresponding test scheme was worked out, and a series of road performance tests were carried out, including: high temperature performance test, low temperature performance test, water stability test, etc. The material composition of the double-layer gravel sealing layer was determined by the anti-slip test and so on. On the basis of theoretical analysis and experimental study, a multi-index control system of double-layer gravel sealing layer based on road performance is put forward. The high temperature rutting test is taken as the control index of oil flooding, and the sweep test and immersion test are used. The aggregate shedding rate in low temperature test is used as the adhesion control index, the anti-slip pendulum value as the skid resistance index, and the seepage coefficient as the drainage index. In order to further improve the high temperature performance of the upper layer stone by pre-covering it with asphalt and adding rubber particles with different mesh numbers (8 mesh, 16 mesh, 30 mesh), the upper layer has better adhesion, and the rutting test has been carried out. According to the comparative analysis of brushing test and so on, it is concluded that the comprehensive road performance of 16 mesh rubber particle double layer crushed stone sealing layer is the best, the waterproofing and drainage effect of pavement are better, and the skid resistance of pavement meets the requirement. The damping characteristics of rubber particles can reduce vibration and noise and further improve driving comfort. By comparing the cost of 4cm asphalt mixture surface layer, the double-layer gravel sealing layer with rubber particles has good economic benefit and is worth popularizing in the future.
