成都公交司機(jī)心理疲勞測(cè)評(píng)研究

【摘要】:隨著公共交通事業(yè)的發(fā)展和近年來(lái)公交車交通事故的不斷發(fā)生,公交司機(jī)作為公共交通事業(yè)的重要參與者,其身體和精神各方面的情況是否能夠保障正常和安全的工作也越來(lái)越受到社會(huì)各界的關(guān)注。 本論文立足于國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者的研究現(xiàn)狀和研究成果上,針對(duì)成都公交司機(jī)這個(gè)特殊群體進(jìn)行心理疲勞的測(cè)評(píng)研究,建立了主觀問卷和客觀測(cè)量相結(jié)合的實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)評(píng)系統(tǒng),探索解決公交司機(jī)心理疲勞問題的建議和方法。主要的研究成果大致為以下幾個(gè)方面: (1)通過(guò)對(duì)問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)采用1/3標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和加權(quán)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)價(jià)方法處理,得出了成都公交司機(jī)不同年齡、駕齡和性別的心理疲勞現(xiàn)狀,有效降低了使用單一主觀測(cè)評(píng)法所帶來(lái)的誤差。 (2)通過(guò)人機(jī)工程實(shí)驗(yàn),選取了成都3條公交線路,在充分考慮了公交司機(jī)實(shí)際工作中主要面臨的心理問題,選取了心理疲勞的三個(gè)重要指標(biāo)反應(yīng)時(shí)、閃光融合頻率和注意分配力進(jìn)行早高峰前后的測(cè)量。運(yùn)用SPSS軟件對(duì)早高峰前后各指標(biāo)在公交司機(jī)不同年齡、駕齡和性別方面的顯著性及各指標(biāo)間的相關(guān)性進(jìn)行分析,并得出了結(jié)論。 (3)在3條線路的選取上,特意選取3條其他因素基本相同,僅站數(shù)和紅綠燈數(shù)較少的11路與站數(shù)和紅綠燈數(shù)明顯較多且相差不大的59路和61路進(jìn)行對(duì)照研究,得出站數(shù)和紅綠燈數(shù),即公交車停車次數(shù)對(duì)公交司機(jī)心理疲勞三指標(biāo)的顯著性分析結(jié)論。 (4)在論文研究得出心理疲勞三個(gè)指標(biāo)無(wú)相關(guān)性的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用馬斯拉奇1/3標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)三個(gè)指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),從實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)得的量化數(shù)據(jù)中得出公交司機(jī)心理疲勞的嚴(yán)重程度。 (5)結(jié)合論文研究結(jié)論,提出了對(duì)改善公交司機(jī)心理疲勞有意義的建議和方法。
[Abstract]:With the development of public transportation and the continuous occurrence of bus traffic accidents in recent years, bus drivers as an important participant in public transport, Whether the physical and mental conditions can guarantee the normal and safe work has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life. Based on the current research situation and research results of domestic and foreign scholars, this paper studies the psychological fatigue of Chengdu bus drivers, and establishes an experimental evaluation system combining subjective questionnaire and objective measurement. To explore the solution of bus drivers psychological fatigue problems and methods. The main research results are as follows: (1) by using the evaluation method of 1 / 3 standard and weighted criterion to the questionnaire data, the different ages of Chengdu bus drivers are obtained. The fatigue status of driving age and gender can effectively reduce the error caused by using single subjective evaluation method. (2) through the ergonomics experiment, three bus lines in Chengdu are selected, and the main psychological problems faced by bus drivers are fully considered, and the three important indexes of psychological fatigue are selected. Flash fusion frequency and attention distribution were measured before and after early peak. SPSS software was used to analyze the significance of different age, driving age and sex of bus drivers before and after the morning rush, and the correlation between each index was analyzed, and the conclusion was drawn. (3) in the selection of three lines, three other factors were chosen specially, only 11 routes with less number of stations and traffic lights were compared with 59 and 61 roads which had more stations and less traffic lights. It is concluded that the number of stations and the number of traffic lights, that is, the number of bus stops, are significant to the three indexes of bus drivers' mental fatigue. (4) on the basis of the conclusion that there is no correlation among the three indexes of mental fatigue, the three indexes are evaluated by using Maslach 1 / 3 standard evaluation method. From the quantitative data obtained from the experiment, the severity of psychological fatigue of bus drivers is obtained. (5) based on the conclusion of the paper, some suggestions and methods for improving bus drivers' mental fatigue are put forward.
