基于交通行為的區(qū)域路網(wǎng)動態(tài)協(xié)調(diào)控制研究

【摘要】:交通擁堵嚴重影響城市居民的出行舒適性,城市道路路網(wǎng)密度大、道路負荷度不盡相同,,利用動態(tài)的交通管理和組織手段,進行信號控制和交通誘導(dǎo)的動態(tài)協(xié)調(diào)控制,對道路路網(wǎng)均衡整合、提高出行舒適性具有重要的意義。 運用先進的視頻數(shù)據(jù)采集儀、超聲波速度采集儀等設(shè)備對天津市區(qū)域路網(wǎng)固有屬性及交通流參數(shù)進行實地調(diào)查,分析了區(qū)域路網(wǎng)交通擁堵的特點,確定了基本路段和交叉口影響范圍劃分的方法;以實際調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),利用層次分析法分析得出交叉口延誤、飽和度及路段行程速度是影響區(qū)域路網(wǎng)暢通可靠度的主要因素,從而建立了區(qū)域路網(wǎng)(單元)暢通可靠度評價體系,構(gòu)建了區(qū)域路網(wǎng)暢通可靠度評價模型;運用區(qū)域路網(wǎng)路段飽和度和行程速度的實測數(shù)據(jù),對BPR函數(shù)模型進行了標定,得到了區(qū)域路網(wǎng)基本路段阻抗函數(shù)模型;運用區(qū)域路網(wǎng)交叉口延誤實地調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),對HCM延誤模型進行了改進,提出了區(qū)域路網(wǎng)信號交叉口延誤模型,進而構(gòu)建了區(qū)域路網(wǎng)道路阻抗函數(shù)模型。 通過對交通行為的調(diào)研與分析,基于交通流效用最大理論,設(shè)計了大胡同區(qū)域路網(wǎng)交通誘導(dǎo)方案,提出了基于駕駛員交通行為的區(qū)域路網(wǎng)動態(tài)協(xié)調(diào)控制策略,并用VISSIM仿真軟件進行模擬驗證,結(jié)果表明動態(tài)協(xié)調(diào)控制策略可降低14.9%的延誤,縮短10.7%的行程時間。 論文基于區(qū)域路網(wǎng)存在交通量不平衡、交通擁堵等現(xiàn)象,通過駕駛員的交通行為、路網(wǎng)交通流參數(shù)以及路網(wǎng)屬性的分析,展開了動態(tài)協(xié)調(diào)控制的研究,不僅提高了區(qū)域路網(wǎng)通行效率,而且體現(xiàn)了以人為本的設(shè)計理念,對提高道路的安全性、舒適性具有重要的社會意義和現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:Traffic congestion seriously affects the travel comfort of urban residents. The density of urban road network is high and the road load degree is not the same. Dynamic traffic management and organization means are used to carry out dynamic coordination control of signal control and traffic guidance. It is of great significance for road network balance integration and improving travel comfort. By using advanced video data acquisition instrument, ultrasonic velocity collector and other equipment, the inherent attributes and traffic flow parameters of Tianjin regional road network are investigated on the spot, and the characteristics of traffic congestion in regional road network are analyzed. The method of dividing the influence range of the basic road sections and intersections is determined. Based on the actual investigation data, it is concluded by analytic hierarchy process that delay, saturation and travel speed are the main factors that affect the reliability of regional road network. The evaluation system of the unblocked reliability of the regional road network (unit) is established, and the evaluation model of the smooth reliability of the regional road network is constructed. Based on the measured data of saturation and travel speed of regional road network, the BPR function model is calibrated, and the impedance function model of basic section of regional road network is obtained. Based on the field investigation data of regional road network intersection delay, the HCM delay model is improved, and the delay model of regional road network signalized intersection is proposed, and then the road impedance function model of regional road network is constructed. Based on the investigation and analysis of traffic behavior, based on the theory of maximum utility of traffic flow, the traffic guidance scheme of the regional road network in hutong area is designed, and the dynamic coordinated control strategy of the regional road network based on the traffic behavior of drivers is put forward. The simulation results with VISSIM software show that the dynamic coordinated control strategy can reduce the delay by 14.9% and shorten the travel time by 10.7%. Based on the phenomena of traffic imbalance and traffic congestion in regional road network, the dynamic coordinated control is studied through the analysis of drivers' traffic behavior, traffic flow parameters and road network attributes. It not only improves the efficiency of the regional road network, but also embodies the people-oriented design concept. It has important social and practical significance to improve the road safety and comfort.
