基于交通行為的區(qū)域路網(wǎng)動態(tài)協(xié)調(diào)控制研究
[Abstract]:Traffic congestion seriously affects the travel comfort of urban residents. The density of urban road network is high and the road load degree is not the same. Dynamic traffic management and organization means are used to carry out dynamic coordination control of signal control and traffic guidance. It is of great significance for road network balance integration and improving travel comfort. By using advanced video data acquisition instrument, ultrasonic velocity collector and other equipment, the inherent attributes and traffic flow parameters of Tianjin regional road network are investigated on the spot, and the characteristics of traffic congestion in regional road network are analyzed. The method of dividing the influence range of the basic road sections and intersections is determined. Based on the actual investigation data, it is concluded by analytic hierarchy process that delay, saturation and travel speed are the main factors that affect the reliability of regional road network. The evaluation system of the unblocked reliability of the regional road network (unit) is established, and the evaluation model of the smooth reliability of the regional road network is constructed. Based on the measured data of saturation and travel speed of regional road network, the BPR function model is calibrated, and the impedance function model of basic section of regional road network is obtained. Based on the field investigation data of regional road network intersection delay, the HCM delay model is improved, and the delay model of regional road network signalized intersection is proposed, and then the road impedance function model of regional road network is constructed. Based on the investigation and analysis of traffic behavior, based on the theory of maximum utility of traffic flow, the traffic guidance scheme of the regional road network in hutong area is designed, and the dynamic coordinated control strategy of the regional road network based on the traffic behavior of drivers is put forward. The simulation results with VISSIM software show that the dynamic coordinated control strategy can reduce the delay by 14.9% and shorten the travel time by 10.7%. Based on the phenomena of traffic imbalance and traffic congestion in regional road network, the dynamic coordinated control is studied through the analysis of drivers' traffic behavior, traffic flow parameters and road network attributes. It not only improves the efficiency of the regional road network, but also embodies the people-oriented design concept. It has important social and practical significance to improve the road safety and comfort.
