車載微環(huán)境監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:車輛是現(xiàn)在物流的主要運(yùn)輸工具。在許多場(chǎng)合,為了確保某些貨物(如鮮活農(nóng)產(chǎn)品)在運(yùn)輸過程中的品質(zhì)不發(fā)生變化,物流公司和貨主都希望能夠?qū)ω浳镘囕d微環(huán)境進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控。本論文應(yīng)用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)車載微環(huán)境監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)主要由兩部分組成:車載微環(huán)境監(jiān)控終端和車載微環(huán)境監(jiān)控中心。 (1)車載微環(huán)境監(jiān)控終端是一個(gè)隨車的、基于ARM和Android的嵌入式系統(tǒng),通過加載本論文研制的移動(dòng)App,可以將現(xiàn)在廣泛使用的智能手機(jī)或平板電腦轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)檐囕d微環(huán)境監(jiān)控終端,從而大大降低了本論文研制的車載微環(huán)境監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用成本。車載微環(huán)境監(jiān)控終端主要具有如下功能: 通過監(jiān)控終端的wifi模塊收集在車廂內(nèi)外布置的無線傳感網(wǎng)絡(luò)感知的各種信息,并以可視化的形式在監(jiān)控終端的界面顯示,使得隨車工作人員能及時(shí)了解貨物的車載微環(huán)境; 通過監(jiān)控終端的wifi模塊驅(qū)動(dòng)在車廂內(nèi)外布置的無線控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)的控制節(jié)點(diǎn),從而開啟或關(guān)閉相應(yīng)的執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)(如空調(diào)、加濕機(jī)、加氧機(jī)等等),,控制貨物的車載微環(huán)境; 通過監(jiān)控終端的智能計(jì)算模塊,對(duì)從無線傳感網(wǎng)絡(luò)感知的信息進(jìn)行智能信息處理,并根據(jù)處理的結(jié)果自動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)無線控制網(wǎng)絡(luò); 通過監(jiān)控終端wifi模塊和3G模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)車載無線傳感/控制網(wǎng)路和監(jiān)控中心之間的數(shù)據(jù)透?jìng)鳎?(2)車載微環(huán)境監(jiān)控中心是基于B/S模式和J2EE架構(gòu)開發(fā)的系統(tǒng),前端車輛的車載微環(huán)境監(jiān)控終端主要通過移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)登錄車載微環(huán)境監(jiān)控中心,并保持在線狀態(tài)。車載微環(huán)境監(jiān)控中心主要具有如下功能: 監(jiān)控中心把經(jīng)過監(jiān)控終端數(shù)據(jù)透?jìng)魉D(zhuǎn)發(fā)的車載微環(huán)境無線傳感網(wǎng)絡(luò)感知的各種信息存入數(shù)據(jù)庫,并以可視化的形式在監(jiān)控中心的網(wǎng)頁上顯示,使得工作人員能夠遠(yuǎn)程查看前端車輛的車載微環(huán)境信息; 監(jiān)控中心通過移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和XMPP協(xié)議,向前端車輛的車載微環(huán)境無線控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)推送控制命令,控制貨物的車載微環(huán)境; 監(jiān)控中心通過在服務(wù)器上運(yùn)行的智能計(jì)算模塊,為前端車輛的監(jiān)控終端提供云計(jì)算的服務(wù); 監(jiān)控中心通過監(jiān)控終端上傳的GPS定位信息,對(duì)車輛進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)和動(dòng)態(tài)的定位,使得工作人員能夠了解車輛的實(shí)時(shí)位置和經(jīng)過路徑。本論文研制的車載微環(huán)境監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)通過測(cè)試,并在小規(guī)模范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行試用。
[Abstract]:Vehicles are now the main means of transportation for logistics. In many cases, in order to ensure that the quality of some goods (such as fresh agricultural products) in the transport process does not change, logistics companies and cargo owners want to be able to carry out real-time monitoring of the on-board micro-environment of the goods. In this paper, a vehicle microenvironment monitoring system is designed and implemented by using the technology of Internet of things. The system consists of two parts: the vehicle micro environment monitoring terminal and the vehicle micro environment monitoring center. The main contents are as follows: (1) the vehicle microenvironment monitoring terminal is an embedded system based on ARM and Android. By loading the mobile App, developed in this paper, the widely used smart phone or tablet computer can be transformed into a vehicle microenvironment monitoring terminal. Therefore, the application cost of the vehicle micro-environment monitoring system developed in this paper is greatly reduced. The main functions of the vehicle microenvironment monitoring terminal are as follows: through the wifi module of the monitoring terminal, it collects all kinds of information that the wireless sensor network perceives inside and outside the car, and displays it in the interface of the monitoring terminal in the form of visualization. So that the caravan staff can understand the on-board microenvironment of the goods in time; The wifi module of the monitoring terminal drives the control nodes of the wireless control network arranged inside and outside the car, thus opening or closing the corresponding actuators (such as air conditioning, humidifier, oxygenator, etc.), and controlling the onboard micro-environment of the goods; Through the intelligent computing module of the monitoring terminal, the information perceived from the wireless sensor network is processed intelligently, and the wireless control network is automatically driven according to the result of the processing. The data transmission between the wireless sensor / control network and the monitoring center is realized by monitoring terminal wifi module and 3G module. (2) the vehicle microenvironment monitoring center is a system based on B / S mode and J2EE architecture. The vehicle microenvironment monitoring terminal of front-end vehicle logs into the vehicle micro-environment monitoring center mainly through the mobile Internet, and maintains the on-line state. The main functions of the vehicle microenvironment monitoring center are as follows: the monitoring center stores all kinds of information perceived by the wireless sensor network of the vehicle microenvironment transmitted by the monitoring terminal data into the database. It is displayed on the webpage of the monitoring center in the form of visualization, which enables the staff to remotely view the information of the on-board microenvironment of the front-end vehicle. Through the mobile Internet and XMPP protocol, the monitoring center sends the control command to the wireless control network of the vehicle in front of the vehicle, and controls the on-board micro-environment of the goods. The monitoring center provides cloud computing services for the front-end vehicle monitoring terminal through the intelligent computing module running on the server. The monitoring center can locate the vehicle real-time and dynamically by monitoring the GPS location information uploaded by the terminal, so that the staff can understand the real-time location and path of the vehicle. The vehicle-borne micro-environment monitoring system developed in this paper has passed the test and has been tested in a small scale.
