【摘要】：廣東省于1989年形成普通省道網(wǎng)基本布局，并于1996年結(jié)合省道路線命名編號工作，進(jìn)行省道路線調(diào)整，形成普通省道的規(guī)模與布局。為適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展需求，促進(jìn)公路交通可持續(xù)發(fā)展，交通運輸部于2009年開始組織編制《國家公路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃》，對國家級干線公路網(wǎng)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化調(diào)整、補充完善，旨在從國家戰(zhàn)略高度規(guī)劃我國公路網(wǎng)的合理架構(gòu)。該規(guī)劃對國道的功能和布局作了重大調(diào)整，廣東省約38%的現(xiàn)有普通省道將納入國家公路網(wǎng)，，普通省道的功能和網(wǎng)絡(luò)形態(tài)發(fā)生較大變化。因此，為適應(yīng)廣東省經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的新形勢和新要求，有效銜接國家公路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃，更好地指導(dǎo)省級干線公路建設(shè)，推進(jìn)廣東省公路交通科學(xué)發(fā)展，需要研究全省普通省道網(wǎng)的規(guī)劃調(diào)整。 論文在國內(nèi)外研究的基礎(chǔ)上，通過收集數(shù)據(jù)和相關(guān)資料，評估干線公路網(wǎng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，分析廣東省交通發(fā)展面臨的新形勢和新任務(wù)，預(yù)測未來交通發(fā)展需求，研究提出普通省道的功能定位、規(guī)劃目標(biāo)和合理規(guī)模測算；以現(xiàn)有普通省道為基礎(chǔ)，結(jié)合國家公路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃，優(yōu)化調(diào)整、補充完善普通省道網(wǎng)路線布局；測算規(guī)劃實施的資金及土地需求，提出建設(shè)計劃，并對規(guī)劃后的普通干線公路網(wǎng)從總規(guī)模、省內(nèi)連通情況和出省通道等方面進(jìn)行評價；最后提出需進(jìn)一步研究的內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:Guangdong Province formed the basic layout of the ordinary provincial highway network in 1989, and in 1996, combined with the work of naming and numbering the provincial route, the provincial route was adjusted to form the scale and layout of the ordinary provincial highway. In order to meet the needs of economic and social development and promote the sustainable development of highway traffic, the Ministry of Communications and Transport began to organize and compile the National Highway Network Plan in 2009 to optimize and adjust the national trunk highway network to supplement and perfect it. The aim is to plan the rational structure of our country's highway network from the national strategic height. The plan has made a major adjustment to the function and layout of the national highway. About 38% of the existing provincial highways in Guangdong Province will be brought into the national highway network, and the function and network form of the ordinary provincial highways will be greatly changed. Therefore, in order to meet the new situation and new requirements of economic and social development in Guangdong Province, effectively link up with the national highway network planning, better guide the construction of provincial trunk roads, and promote the scientific development of highway traffic in Guangdong Province, Need to study the provincial network planning adjustment. On the basis of domestic and foreign research, this paper assesses the development status of trunk highway network by collecting data and relevant data, analyzes the new situation and task of traffic development in Guangdong Province, and forecasts the future traffic development demand. The function orientation, planning target and reasonable scale calculation of common provincial highway are put forward. On the basis of the existing ordinary provincial roads, combined with the national highway network planning, optimize the adjustment, complement and perfect the route layout of the common provincial road network; This paper calculates the capital and land demand of planning and implementation, puts forward the construction plan, and evaluates the planned general trunk highway network from the aspects of total scale, connection in the province and passageway out of the province, and finally puts forward the contents that need further study.
