瀝青混合料車轍性能優(yōu)化關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:瀝青膠結(jié)料性能、瀝青用量、級配、孔隙率及外加劑是抗車轍性能的主要影響因素。本文結(jié)合理論分析與室內(nèi)試驗方法對瀝青混合料抗車轍性能優(yōu)化關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進行研究。結(jié)果表明:綜合采用改性瀝青與抗車轍技術(shù),并借鑒Superpave與SMA混合料級配設(shè)計方法設(shè)計的抗車轍型瀝青混合料具有良好的物理力學(xué)與體積指標;同時70℃條件下的動穩(wěn)定度指標為3975次/mm,具有優(yōu)越的水穩(wěn)定性與高溫性能;實體工程車轍深度跟蹤觀測表明車轍性能優(yōu)化技術(shù)能夠有效改善瀝青路面抗車轍性能。
[Abstract]:Asphalt binder performance, asphalt content, gradation, porosity and admixture are the main factors affecting rutting resistance. In this paper, the key technology of rutting resistance optimization of asphalt mixture is studied in combination with theoretical analysis and laboratory test method. The results show that the anti-rutting asphalt mixture designed by adopting modified asphalt and anti-rutting technology and using the gradation design method of Superpave and SMA mixture for reference has good physical mechanics and volume index.
