季凍區(qū)路基土凍脹特性及評價指標體系研究

【摘要】:季節(jié)性凍脹一直是困擾我國北方地區(qū)公路建設的一個重要難題,然而,國內對于凍土研究資料主要集中在多年凍土方面,對季節(jié)性凍土的研究還有待進一步深入,并且隨著我國高等級公路里程的不斷攀升,早期修建的公路也相繼進入養(yǎng)護期,其檢測、養(yǎng)護工作被提升到前所未有的重要地位。 為了進一步研究季凍區(qū)路基土凍脹特性,并對其凍脹狀況進行評價,在黑龍江省季凍區(qū)范圍內選取了三條不同等級道路,對道路實際凍脹狀況進行了現(xiàn)場調查及觀測。同時,采集了路基填土進行閉式凍脹模擬試驗,對試驗結果進行了單因素及多因素回歸分析;基于試驗結果,應用SPSS統(tǒng)計分析軟件建立了多因素凍脹率預測模型,并應用區(qū)間估計理論對季凍區(qū)黏土和中砂土進行了凍脹性分類;根據調查結果及相關規(guī)范標準建立了季凍區(qū)路基凍脹狀況等級評價指標體系,并進行了實例應用。結果表明:含水率對凍脹率影響最大,壓實度次之,凍結溫度最;粉質黏土起始凍脹含水率為0.88倍塑限,臨界凍脹含水率為0.97倍塑限,低液限黏土起始凍脹含水率為0.91倍塑限,臨界凍脹含水率為0.97倍塑限,中砂土起始凍脹含水率為0.72倍塑限,臨界凍脹含水率為0.84倍塑限;對黏土和中砂土路基凍脹性進行了分類,解決了規(guī)范中黏土凍脹性評價偏于不安全的問題;中砂土凍脹性分類可以用于評價碎(卵)石、粗砂、粉黏粒含量大于15%的中砂及粉黏粒含量大于10%的細砂類土的凍脹性;綜合考慮路基凍脹影響因素建立的季凍區(qū)路基凍脹狀況等級評價指標體系,適用于季凍區(qū)不同等級道路路基凍脹狀況等級評價。研究成果對于季凍區(qū)路基凍害防治及凍脹狀況等級評價等具有一定意義。
[Abstract]:Seasonal frost heaving has always been an important problem for highway construction in northern China. However, the domestic research data on frozen soil mainly focus on permafrost, and the research on seasonal frozen soil needs to be further studied. With the increasing mileage of high grade highway in our country, the early built highway has entered the maintenance period one after another, and its inspection and maintenance work has been promoted to an unprecedented important position. In order to further study the frost heave characteristics of subgrade soil in seasonal frozen region and evaluate its frost heave condition, three different grade roads were selected in the seasonal frozen region of Heilongjiang Province, and the actual frost heave condition of the road was investigated and observed. At the same time, the closed frost heave simulation test of embankment fill is carried out, and the single factor and multiple factor regression analysis are carried out on the test results. Based on the test results, the multifactor frost heave rate prediction model is established by using the SPSS statistical analysis software. The frost heaving classification of clay and medium sand in seasonal frozen zone is carried out by using interval estimation theory, and the evaluation index system of frost heave status of subgrade in seasonal frozen area is established according to the investigation results and relevant standard, and an example is given. The results show that moisture content has the greatest influence on frost heaving rate, compaction degree is second, freezing temperature is the smallest, initial frost heave moisture content of silty clay is 0.88 times plastic limit, critical frost heave moisture content is 0.97 times plastic limit, The initial frost heave water content of low liquid limit clay is 0.91 times plastic limit, the critical frost heave water content is 0.97 times plastic limit, the initial frost heave moisture content of medium sand is 0.72 times plastic limit, and the critical frost heave moisture content is 0.84 times plastic limit. The frost heaving property of clay and medium sand subgrade is classified to solve the problem that the evaluation of clay frost heaving is not safe in the code, and the classification of frost heave property of medium sand can be used to evaluate broken (egg) stone, coarse sand, The frost heaving property of medium sand with silty clay content more than 15% and fine sand soil with silt clay content more than 10%, the evaluation index system of frost heaving grade of subgrade in seasonal frozen area is established by synthetically considering the influence factors of roadbed frost heaving. It is suitable for the evaluation of frost heaving condition of roadbed in different grade road in seasonal freezing area. The research results have a certain significance for the prevention and treatment of subgrade frost damage and the evaluation of frost heave status in seasonal frozen area.
