智能化公交運營調(diào)度管理系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:隨著杭州經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展,公共交通的需求愈來愈旺盛,相比公共交通資源配置卻相對稀缺,兩者之間帶來的矛盾嚴(yán)重影響了居民的出行,同時也制約了杭州的發(fā)展步伐。而有效解決這一問題的辦法,即優(yōu)化公交調(diào)度,建設(shè)智能化公交系統(tǒng)。讓其以強大的運載能力、較小的成本投入、良好的資源配置能力解決當(dāng)前矛盾。但目前杭州公交調(diào)度系統(tǒng)與智能化公交系統(tǒng)還存在一定差距。因此本文旨在利用現(xiàn)代高新技術(shù),提高杭州公交的營運服務(wù)質(zhì)量,緩解杭州交通擁堵的目的。本文的主要工作如下:1、闡述了本課題的研究目的和意義,并對國內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析,針對傳統(tǒng)公交運營調(diào)度的存在弊端提出了發(fā)展智能化公交運營調(diào)度系統(tǒng)的思路。2、對智能化公交運營調(diào)度系統(tǒng)進行需求分析,并提出了系統(tǒng)總體的設(shè)計思路,其中包含了各個功能子系統(tǒng)的大致設(shè)計思路以及數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計。3、對智能化公交運營調(diào)度系統(tǒng)的安全性、穩(wěn)定性、可維護性進行了具體分析以及出現(xiàn)風(fēng)險提出應(yīng)對策略。并且以杭州的公交集團為例進行說明,給出智能化公交運營調(diào)度系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用實例,驗證了本系統(tǒng)的可行性。系統(tǒng)的完成可以實現(xiàn)實時對車輛進行發(fā)車、進出場等調(diào)度操作。并且根據(jù)突發(fā)情況自動進行發(fā)車調(diào)整或者對調(diào)度員進行提醒。另一方面,通過公交智能化可以大幅度提高公共交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的運行效率,降低交通擁堵和交通事故的發(fā)生率,從而降低公交系統(tǒng)的噪聲、廢氣排放量,也可以降低公交車輛運行的油耗成本。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Hangzhou economy, the demand of public transportation is more and more vigorous, compared with the allocation of public transport resources, the contradiction between the two seriously affects the travel of residents, but also restricts the pace of development of Hangzhou. The effective way to solve this problem is to optimize public transportation dispatch and build intelligent bus system. Let it with strong carrying capacity, small cost investment, good resource allocation ability to solve the current contradiction. However, there is still a certain gap between Hangzhou bus dispatching system and intelligent bus system. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to improve the service quality of Hangzhou public transport and alleviate the traffic congestion by using modern high technology. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. The purpose and significance of this research are expounded, and the current situation of development at home and abroad is analyzed. In view of the disadvantages of traditional bus operation and dispatching, the paper puts forward the idea of developing intelligent bus operation and dispatching system. 2. The demand analysis of intelligent bus operation and dispatching system is carried out, and the overall design idea of the system is put forward. It includes the general design ideas of each functional subsystem and the design of database. 3. The security, stability, maintainability of intelligent bus operation and dispatch system are analyzed and the corresponding strategies are put forward. Taking Hangzhou bus group as an example, an application example of intelligent bus operation and dispatch system is given, which verifies the feasibility of the system. The completion of the system can achieve real-time vehicle departure, access to the field and other scheduling operations. And according to the emergency to automatically adjust the departure or to remind the dispatcher. On the other hand, intelligent public transport can greatly improve the operation efficiency of public transport infrastructure, reduce the incidence of traffic congestion and traffic accidents, thereby reducing the public transport system noise, emissions, It can also reduce the fuel consumption cost of public transport vehicles.
