【摘要】：采用Midas Gen有限元分析軟件對(duì)某無(wú)軸式摩天輪的施工過(guò)程進(jìn)行仿真模擬計(jì)算,對(duì)工程進(jìn)行工況劃分,并應(yīng)用對(duì)各工況"激活""鈍化"的方法分析關(guān)鍵桿件的應(yīng)力狀態(tài),對(duì)施工過(guò)程進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析。為保證施工安全,為關(guān)鍵桿件制定專(zhuān)項(xiàng)監(jiān)測(cè)方案,在安裝、卸載過(guò)程中對(duì)它們進(jìn)行應(yīng)力監(jiān)測(cè),并將模擬計(jì)算的應(yīng)力值與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比。對(duì)比結(jié)果表明:模擬計(jì)算的應(yīng)力值與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)吻合,施工方法合理,施工過(guò)程安全可靠。
[Abstract]:The Midas Gen finite element analysis software is used to simulate and calculate the construction process of a certain shaftless Ferris wheel. The working conditions of the project are divided, and the stress state of the key member is analyzed by using the method of "activation" and "passivation" for each working condition. The construction process is calculated and analyzed. In order to ensure the safety of construction, a special monitoring scheme is made for the key members. The stress is monitored during installation and unloading, and the stress values calculated by simulation are compared with the field monitoring data. The results show that the stress calculated by the simulation is in agreement with the field monitoring data, the construction method is reasonable and the construction process is safe and reliable.
