重載鐵路隧道內(nèi)無砟軌道結(jié)構(gòu)選型設(shè)計與施工關(guān)鍵技術(shù)

【摘要】:新建山西中南部鐵路通道為國內(nèi)第一條設(shè)計軸重30 t的重載鐵路。通過對我國客貨混運線路雙塊式、長枕埋入式、彈性支承塊式無砟軌道結(jié)構(gòu)的組成及技術(shù)特點的對比分析,選用彈性支承塊式無砟軌道作為該重載鐵路隧道內(nèi)無砟軌道結(jié)構(gòu)形式。闡述了彈性支承塊無砟軌道結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計要點;給出了無砟軌道與隧底銜接的設(shè)計方案;分析了彈性支承塊預(yù)制質(zhì)量及軌道施工關(guān)鍵工序質(zhì)量控制關(guān)鍵技術(shù);提出了隧道排水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計優(yōu)化建議。本文可為重載隧道內(nèi)無砟軌道結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計與施工提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The new railway passage in central and southern Shanxi is the first heavy-haul railway with a designed axle load of 30 tons in China. The composition and technical characteristics of ballastless track structure of double block type, long pillow embedded type and elastic support block type on mixed passenger and cargo transportation lines in China are analyzed. The ballastless track with elastic support block is selected as the structure of ballastless track in the heavy haul railway tunnel. The main points of structure design of elastic bearing block ballastless track are expounded, the design scheme of the connection between ballastless track and tunnel bottom is given, the precast quality of elastic support block and the key technology of quality control in key working procedure of track construction are analyzed. The optimization suggestion of tunnel drainage system design is put forward. This paper can provide reference for the design and construction of ballastless track structure in heavy haul tunnel.
