街區(qū)層面土地利用與道路網(wǎng)協(xié)調(diào)研究

【摘要】:為了探求街區(qū)尺度的土地利用與道路網(wǎng)兩者之間的關(guān)系。文章主要研究了整個街區(qū)與道路網(wǎng)和街區(qū)內(nèi)重要地塊與道路兩個方面的內(nèi)容。 在介紹了中、歐美街區(qū)的演變歷史之后,歸納出三種基本的街區(qū)布局并從社區(qū)生活、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、交通工具的演變等不同視角探討國內(nèi)外街區(qū)形成的動因。指出不同的生活方式與其街區(qū)布局的形成是緊密相關(guān)的。 然后借助宏觀交通軟件建立可達性模型來分析整個街區(qū)的土地利用與街區(qū)路網(wǎng)之間的關(guān)系。通過模型分析了中、日、韓三國18個街區(qū)中土地土地利用與道路網(wǎng)之間的關(guān)系,得到:可達性和道路密度、等級結(jié)構(gòu)、布局方式等都有關(guān)系。有時候密度較高的路網(wǎng),會增加街區(qū)的平均可達性,但是也會讓街區(qū)內(nèi)部街廓間可達性差異增加。同樣通過合理的設(shè)計,在道路網(wǎng)密度不一定很高的情況下,仍然達到可達性較高的街區(qū)。同時通過街區(qū)用地類型與可達性的相關(guān)分析可以發(fā)現(xiàn),街區(qū)可達性的提高,為社區(qū)服務(wù)的內(nèi)商業(yè)用地比重的增加提供了可能性,但與為城市服務(wù)的外商業(yè)并沒有直接的關(guān)系。 在介紹了城市土地利用與交通兩者之間的關(guān)系之后。對比分析了國內(nèi)外街區(qū)內(nèi)重要用地(住宅用地、城市商業(yè)、軌道站點、中小學(xué)的用地布局)與周邊道路網(wǎng)之間的關(guān)系。 首先分析了我國城市中普遍存在的小區(qū)類住宅對城市交通的影響。關(guān)于商業(yè)用地詳細分析了社區(qū)商業(yè)與支路之間的關(guān)系,同時指出兩種不同布局的大型商業(yè)對交通的影響。在地鐵站一節(jié)中,首先分析了地鐵站周邊高密度開發(fā)的理論基礎(chǔ),然后詳細對比分析了國內(nèi)外不同地鐵車站服務(wù)半徑內(nèi)的道路系統(tǒng)。最后在中小學(xué)一節(jié)中,首先分析了不同國家城市的中小學(xué)沿道路等級分布,相比其他國家的中小學(xué)我們城市中的中小學(xué)沿城市主要道路分布占了很大的比例。然后對比分析了不同服務(wù)半徑內(nèi)到道路系統(tǒng)差別,和日本學(xué)校相比我國小學(xué)附近缺少連續(xù)性的支路。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the relationship between land use and road network on block scale. This paper mainly studies the whole block and road network and the two aspects of important land block and road in the block. After introducing the evolution history of Chinese and American blocks, this paper sums up three kinds of basic block layout and probes into the causes of the formation of the blocks at home and abroad from the different perspectives of community life, economic development and the evolution of vehicles. It is pointed out that different ways of life are closely related to the formation of their block layout. Then the reachability model is established by means of macro-traffic software to analyze the relationship between land use and road network of the whole block. By analyzing the relationship between land use and road network in 18 blocks of China, Japan and Korea, it is concluded that accessibility and road density, grade structure and layout are all related. Sometimes a denser road network increases the average accessibility of a block, but it also increases the difference in accessibility between street profiles within a block. Through reasonable design, even though the density of road network is not always very high, it can still reach the high reachable block. At the same time, through the correlation analysis of district land type and accessibility, it can be found that the improvement of district accessibility provides the possibility for the increase of the proportion of commercial land in community service, but has no direct relationship with the external commerce serving the city. After introducing the relationship between urban land use and traffic. The relationship between the important land use (residential land, urban commerce, rail station, primary and secondary school land layout) and the surrounding road network is compared and analyzed. Firstly, this paper analyzes the influence of residential housing in cities on urban traffic. The relationship between community commerce and branch roads is analyzed in detail about commercial land use, and the influence of two kinds of large-scale commerce with different layout on traffic is pointed out at the same time. In the section of subway station, the theoretical basis of high density development around subway station is analyzed firstly, and then the road system in different service radius of subway station at home and abroad is compared and analyzed in detail. Finally, in the section of primary and secondary schools, we first analyze the distribution of primary and secondary schools along the road grade in different cities of different countries. Compared with the primary and secondary schools in our cities in other countries, the distribution of primary and secondary schools along the main urban roads accounts for a large proportion. Then, the difference between different service radius and road system is analyzed. Compared with Japanese school, there is a lack of continuity in the branch road near primary school in our country.
