水泥乳化瀝青混凝土應(yīng)用技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:水泥乳化瀝青混凝土是由水泥、乳化瀝青、集料和外加劑等拌和而成的新型半柔性路面材料。具有凝結(jié)硬化快、早期強(qiáng)度高、體積收縮小、后期強(qiáng)度不倒縮、長期耐久性良好,,兼具了水泥混凝土和瀝青混合料的優(yōu)點(diǎn),應(yīng)用前景非常廣闊。本文在綜合國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)研究和理論分析,對水泥乳化瀝青混凝土配比設(shè)計(jì)、物理力學(xué)性能、耐久性、應(yīng)用技術(shù)、強(qiáng)度形成機(jī)理進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究,并借助掃描電鏡等分析手段,研究了水泥乳化瀝青混凝土的微觀結(jié)構(gòu),為該材料的發(fā)展提供了重要參考依據(jù)。 文章研究了水泥乳化瀝青混凝土中乳化瀝青、水泥、集料和外加劑之間的相適性,根據(jù)原材料中水膠比、砂率、各個(gè)材料的比例等制備參數(shù)確定水泥乳化瀝青混凝土基準(zhǔn)配合比,通過水泥乳化瀝青混凝土的物理力學(xué)性能、路用性能及耐久性能的影響規(guī)律,確定了原材料和關(guān)鍵參數(shù)的范圍,提出了水泥乳化瀝青混凝土的配合比設(shè)計(jì)方法。 通過對水泥乳化瀝青混凝土的強(qiáng)度形成機(jī)理研究,發(fā)現(xiàn),其強(qiáng)度主要是由膠凝材料和乳化瀝青共同作用形成的,水泥的水化過程加速了乳化瀝青的破乳,而乳化瀝青破乳后又為水泥的水化提供了一定的水分。水泥的水化過程與乳化瀝青破乳膠結(jié)形成乳化瀝青混凝土的網(wǎng)狀互穿結(jié)構(gòu),水泥水化產(chǎn)物和瀝青形成的互穿結(jié)構(gòu)粘附膠結(jié)在集料上提高了乳化瀝青混凝土柔性和韌性,同時(shí)也提高了乳化瀝青混凝土的早期強(qiáng)度、高溫性能及水穩(wěn)定性。 根據(jù)掃描電鏡測試結(jié)果可知,水泥乳化瀝青漿體內(nèi)部殘留瀝青與集料、未水化的水泥顆粒和水化產(chǎn)物相互纏繞形成空間網(wǎng)絡(luò),漿體內(nèi)部孔隙較多,表面凹凸不平,這種結(jié)構(gòu)符合了水泥乳化瀝青混凝土半柔性材料的特征。
[Abstract]:Cement emulsified asphalt concrete is a new type of semi-flexible pavement material, which is composed of cement, emulsified asphalt, aggregate and admixture. It has the advantages of fast setting and hardening, high early strength, small volume shrinkage, no shrinkage of later strength, good long-term durability, and has the advantages of both cement concrete and asphalt mixture, and has a very broad application prospect. Based on the research results at home and abroad, this paper systematically studies the proportion design, physical and mechanical properties, durability, application technology and strength forming mechanism of cement emulsified asphalt concrete through experimental research and theoretical analysis. The microstructure of cement emulsified asphalt concrete is studied by means of scanning electron microscope and so on, which provides an important reference for the development of this material. This paper studies the compatibility of emulsified asphalt, cement, aggregate and admixture in cement emulsified asphalt concrete. The preparation parameters such as the ratio of each material are used to determine the standard mix ratio of cement emulsified asphalt concrete. The influence law of physical and mechanical properties, road performance and durability of cement emulsified asphalt concrete is obtained. The range of raw materials and key parameters is determined, and the design method of mixture ratio of cement emulsified asphalt concrete is put forward. Through the study of the strength forming mechanism of cement emulsified asphalt concrete, it is found that the strength of cement emulsified asphalt concrete is mainly formed by the interaction of cementing material and emulsified asphalt, and the hydration process of cement accelerates the demulsification of emulsified asphalt. And emulsified asphalt demulsification provides some moisture for cement hydration. The hydration process of cement and emulsified bitumen demulsification cementing form the network interpenetrating structure of emulsified asphalt concrete, and the cement hydration product and the interpenetrating structure adhesive cement formed by asphalt improve the flexibility and toughness of emulsified asphalt concrete on the aggregate. At the same time, the early strength, high temperature performance and water stability of emulsified asphalt concrete are improved. According to the results of SEM, the residual asphalt and aggregate, unhydrated cement particles and hydration products intertwine to form a space network, and there are many pores in the slurry, and the surface is uneven. This structure accords with the characteristics of cement emulsified asphalt concrete semi-flexible material.
