城市用地再開發(fā)下交通擁擠預(yù)檢方法

【摘要】:根據(jù)系統(tǒng)分析的方法,建立了交通狀態(tài)與擁擠程度評價指標體系。根據(jù)路網(wǎng)交通擁擠率和路網(wǎng)交通擁擠促成度2個指標,評價了交通擁擠的影響程度,確定了交通合理性的判斷標準,建立了城市用地再開發(fā)下交通擁擠預(yù)檢方法,以馬里蘭州部分地區(qū)的無再開發(fā)、住宅再開發(fā)、住宅與就業(yè)再開發(fā)3種方案為例進行實例驗證。分析結(jié)果表明:在第1種方案下,小汽車分擔比、平均出行距離、總行駛里程、總行駛時間、總車輛延誤、擁擠車道里程、車輛延誤指數(shù)和擁擠車道里程比分別為93.70%、24.98km、225 817 698km、5 369 291h、2 038 880h、4 686km、0.380、0.180;在第2種方案下,上述指標分別為92.48%、24.78km、219 992 101veh、5 227 303h、1 831 190h、4 320km、0.350、0.166;在第3種方案下,上述指標分別為92.22%、24.82km、219 023 166km、5 342 457h、2 062 041h、4 422km、0.386、0.169;3種方案的路網(wǎng)交通擁擠度分別為0.280、0.258、0.278,但第3種方案下的車輛延誤和車輛延誤指數(shù)增加,第2種方案對交通擁擠具有輕微緩解作用,優(yōu)于其他2種方案。
[Abstract]:According to the method of systematic analysis, the evaluation index system of traffic state and congestion degree is established. According to the two indexes of road network traffic congestion rate and traffic congestion contribution degree, this paper evaluates the influence degree of traffic congestion, determines the judging standard of traffic rationality, and establishes the pre-check method of traffic congestion under the redevelopment of urban land. Three schemes of no redevelopment, residential and employment redevelopment in parts of Maryland are taken as an example. The results show that under the first scheme, the car sharing ratio, the average travel distance, the total mileage, the total driving time, the total vehicle delay, the crowded lane mileage, The vehicle delay index and the mileage ratio of congested lanes are 93.70 respectively.
