大跨等截面鋼—混凝土連續(xù)梁橋靜力行為數(shù)值研究

【摘要】:港珠澳大橋淺水區(qū)非通航孔橋采用85m鋼-混組合連續(xù)梁,5~6孔一聯(lián)。全橋采用大節(jié)段整孔吊裝、簡支變連續(xù)、支點頂升及回落、負彎矩區(qū)橋面板張拉預應力等施工工藝。組合連續(xù)梁橋從施工到成橋狀態(tài)經(jīng)歷了從簡支到連續(xù)不同的體系轉(zhuǎn)換,施工次序的變化對連續(xù)梁橋的線形及內(nèi)力也將產(chǎn)生不同的影響。目前,在國內(nèi)組合連續(xù)梁橋還未得到廣泛的應用,設計施工技術還不夠成熟。但隨著有限元計算的快速發(fā)展,各種橋梁專業(yè)軟件得到廣泛應用。因此,通過有限元軟件開展組合連續(xù)梁橋結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力分析和變化規(guī)律分析是十分必要的。 本文以港珠澳大橋為工程背景,以MIDAS/Civil及MIDAS/FEA為技術手段建立港珠澳大橋組合連續(xù)梁精細有限元模型,根據(jù)施工工序、工況劃分及溫度影響,,分別對組合連續(xù)梁橋大節(jié)段整孔吊裝、簡支變連續(xù)體系轉(zhuǎn)換、支點頂升與回落等施工過程及成橋后收縮徐變、溫度效應進行了系統(tǒng)的仿真分析,并對工程實例做以參數(shù)分析,提出優(yōu)化方案。本文的研究為組合連續(xù)梁橋的設計和施工提供科學依據(jù),對全面掌握大跨徑組合連續(xù)梁橋的結(jié)構(gòu)線形變化及內(nèi)力特性,進一步提高組合梁橋的計算分析水平,具有重要的理論和實際意義。 研究的主要內(nèi)容和成果如下: ①通過有限元橋梁軟件MIDAS/Civil建立6×85m組合連續(xù)箱梁橋有限元模型,實現(xiàn)了精確仿真分析組合連續(xù)梁橋大節(jié)段整孔吊裝、簡支變連續(xù)體系轉(zhuǎn)換、支點負彎矩區(qū)頂升與回落及預應力張拉的施工過程,并獲得了各施工步驟和工況下橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)線形變化及內(nèi)力分布特征。 ②根據(jù)成橋狀態(tài)下6×85m組合連續(xù)梁有限元模型,對組合連續(xù)梁橋溫度效應、收縮徐變等不同工況作用下進行靜力分析,獲得了組合連續(xù)梁橋在溫度荷載及收縮徐變工況下的線形變化及內(nèi)力分布規(guī)律。 ③針對組合梁在施工存梁階段出現(xiàn)局部失穩(wěn)現(xiàn)象,通過MIDAS/FEA建立全橋板單元模型,對局部進行參數(shù)比較分析,提出組合梁在臨時存放階段合理的支承布置形式、支承墊板合理放置位置、支承加勁肋合理布置位置等及分析得到支座不平整效應對組合梁的應力影響規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:In shallow water area of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, 85 m steel-mixed composite continuous beam with 5 or 6 holes is adopted. The whole bridge adopts the whole hole hoisting of large segment, the simple support becomes continuous, the fulcrum rises and falls, and the bridge deck is tensioned and prestressed in the negative bending moment area, and so on. The state of composite continuous beam bridge from construction to completion has undergone the transformation from simple support to continuous different systems, and the change of construction order will also have different effects on the alignment and internal force of continuous beam bridge. At present, composite continuous beam bridges in China have not been widely used, design and construction technology is not mature enough. However, with the rapid development of finite element calculation, a variety of bridge professional software has been widely used. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the internal force and variation law of composite continuous girder bridge by finite element software. In this paper, based on the engineering background of HongKong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, the fine finite element model of composite continuous girder of HongKong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is established with MIDAS/Civil and MIDAS/FEA as technical means. According to the construction procedure, the partition of working conditions and the influence of temperature, the whole hole of the large segment of composite continuous girder bridge is hoisted separately. The construction process such as the conversion of simple support and continuous system the rise and fall of fulcrum and the shrinkage creep and temperature effect after completion of the bridge are systematically simulated and analyzed. The parameter analysis is made for the engineering example and the optimization scheme is put forward. The research in this paper provides a scientific basis for the design and construction of composite continuous beam bridges, and can improve the level of calculation and analysis of composite beam bridges by comprehensively mastering the structural linear changes and internal force characteristics of long-span composite continuous girder bridges. It has important theoretical and practical significance. The main contents and results of the research are as follows: 1 the finite element model of 6 脳 85m composite continuous box girder bridge is established by the finite element software MIDAS/Civil, and the accurate simulation analysis of the whole hole hoisting of the large segment of the composite continuous girder bridge is realized. The construction process of conversion of simple support to continuous system, rise and fall of fulcrum negative moment area and prestress tensioning, The linear changes and internal force distribution characteristics of the bridge structure under various construction steps and working conditions are obtained. 2 according to the finite element model of 6 脳 85m composite continuous beam under the completed bridge state, the temperature effect of the composite continuous beam bridge is obtained. Under different working conditions, such as shrinkage and creep, static analysis is carried out. The linear variation and internal force distribution of composite continuous beam bridges under temperature load and shrinkage and creep conditions are obtained. (3) in view of the local instability of composite beams during the construction of beam storage, the full bridge plate element model is established by MIDAS/FEA. By comparing and analyzing the local parameters, the paper puts forward the reasonable support arrangement form of composite beam in the temporary storage stage, and the reasonable position of supporting cushion plate. The effect of support unevenness on the stress of composite beam is obtained by analyzing the reasonable position of supporting stiffener and so on.
