路可比瀝青混合料路用性能研究

【摘要】:對加入德國新型添加劑路可比(Lucobit 1210A)的瀝青混合料的路用性能進行了分析。針對路可比瀝青混合料的組成結(jié)構(gòu)特點對其進行原材料性能測定、馬歇爾配合比設(shè)計和最佳瀝青用量確定等試驗,并且進行了路可比瀝青混合料和SBS改性瀝青混合料的高溫穩(wěn)定性、低溫抗裂性和水穩(wěn)定性能方面的試驗及對比分析。結(jié)果表明:路可比對瀝青混合料的路用性能都有很大的改善,尤其是水穩(wěn)定性,其余技術(shù)指標與SBS改性瀝青混合料相近。
[Abstract]:The pavement performance of asphalt mixture with new additive Lucobit 1210 A was analyzed. According to the composition and structure characteristics of road asphalt mixture, the performance of raw materials, Marshall mix ratio design and determination of optimum asphalt content are tested. The high temperature stability, the low temperature crack resistance and the water stability of the Luby asphalt mixture and the SBS modified asphalt mixture were tested and compared. The results show that the pavement performance of asphalt mixture is greatly improved, especially the water stability, and the other technical indexes are similar to that of SBS modified asphalt mixture.
