多跨系桿拱橋整體模型試驗研究

【摘要】:中承式系桿拱橋造型優(yōu)美,跨越能力大,在城市橋梁中備受青睞。在我國,多跨系桿拱橋的建設并不多,國內(nèi)可供參考的實例很少。 大連普灣十六號路跨海橋主橋為五跨系桿拱橋,總長640米,采用提籃式鋼箱拱肋。本文為此橋為工程依托,利用模型試驗與有限元分析相結合的方法,分析了多跨系桿提籃拱橋的結構特性,為施工及同類研究提供了建議以供參考。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容有以下幾部分: (1)簡要的介紹模型試驗的相似理論,推導出模型的材料、幾何及剛度特性物理量的相似關系。綜合考慮實驗室場地及試驗內(nèi)容,五跨連桿模型選用了1:30的縮尺比和5052-H32鋁板材料。根據(jù)幾何和剛度相似的原則,并結合實際選材,設計了拱肋、.邊主梁的截面尺寸。采用鉚釘與焊接相結合的的方式組裝模型。 (2)采用Midas/Civil軟件,建立了五連跨拱橋有限元模型,計算在自重、二期荷載和汽車活載下拱肋、主梁、吊桿和系桿的應力和位移值。同時建立了1:30縮尺比鋁制模型的有限元模型,模擬靜載試驗中的十個加載工況,計算各個工況下模型的應力和位移值。結果表明各個構件的強度和剛度都在自身的容許范圍內(nèi),且兩個模型結構的位移成比例,且應力間存在一定關系,驗證了其相似關系。 (3)設計并進行了全橋模型靜力試驗,觀測并記錄試驗結果,比較理論值和實測值并進行誤差分析。試驗過程中,模型未出現(xiàn)整體或局部失穩(wěn)以及破壞情況,表明本橋各構件的應力均處于安全范圍內(nèi);試驗的結果反推算出的實橋位移和應力均滿足要求,表明本橋設計合理,可以進行施工。
[Abstract]:Mid-through tied arch bridge is very popular in city bridge because of its beautiful shape and great span ability. In our country, the construction of multi-span tied arch bridge is not many, and there are few examples for reference in our country. Dalian Puwan Road 16 cross-sea bridge main bridge for five-span tied arch bridge, a total length of 640 meters, using basket-type steel box arch rib. In this paper, the structural characteristics of multi-span tied basket arch bridge are analyzed by using the method of model test and finite element analysis, which provides suggestions for construction and similar research. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the similarity theory of model test is briefly introduced, and the similarity relations among material, geometry and stiffness characteristics of the model are deduced. Considering the laboratory site and test content, the five-span connecting rod model selected the 1:30 scale ratio and 5052-H32 aluminum sheet material. According to the principle of geometric and stiffness similarity, and combining with the actual material selection, the arch rib is designed. Section size of side girder. The model is assembled by the combination of rivets and welding. (2) the finite element model of five-span arch bridge is established by using Midas/Civil software, and the arch rib and main beam are calculated under self-weight, second-stage load and live load of automobile. Stress and displacement values of suspenders and tethers. At the same time, the finite element model of the 1:30 scale ratio aluminum model is established to simulate ten loading conditions in the static load test, and the stress and displacement values of the model are calculated under each working condition. The results show that the strength and stiffness of each component are within its allowable range, and the displacement of the two model structures is proportional, and there is a certain relationship between the stresses. The similarity relationship is verified. (3) the static test of the whole bridge model is designed and carried out, the experimental results are observed and recorded, the theoretical values and the measured values are compared and the errors are analyzed. In the course of test, there is no whole or local instability and failure in the model, which shows that the stress of each component of the bridge is within the safe range, and the displacement and stress of the real bridge calculated by the test results all meet the requirements, which indicates that the design of the bridge is reasonable. Construction can be carried out.
