波紋鋼腹板組合箱梁橋剪力連接件的研究
[Abstract]:Corrugated steel web composite box girder bridge is a kind of composite girder bridge which has been popularized and applied all over the world. The shear connectors are one of the key links in the design of composite beams. PBL shear connectors have many advantages, such as large shear capacity, long fatigue life, convenient processing and economical application. At present, the research of PBL shear joint is not mature, especially the research of its bearing capacity is still in the stage of discussion. In this paper, the finite element method is used to simulate the mechanical behavior of PBL shear joint. The main works are as follows: (1) the development and research of corrugated steel web composite box girder bridge are summarized. The research significance of this paper is put forward. (2) the basic theory of shear connectors is discussed, including the mechanical properties, failure form, bearing capacity, design method and so on. This paper introduces the design rules of shear joints in domestic and foreign codes. (3) nonlinear analysis of PBL shear connectors is carried out by using ANSYS finite element software. Various structural parameters affecting the bearing capacity of shear connectors are analyzed, aiming at the influence of the two parameters, the thickness of steel plate and the diameter of the perforated steel bar, The conclusion is given. (4) the nonlinear finite element analysis of Twin-PBL shear joint is carried out, and the influence of the center distance of plate rib on the bearing capacity of Twin-PBL shear joint is studied. The results of finite element method and experimental formula are compared and analyzed. Some suggestions on the design of PBL shear joint are put forward.
